Yeah, I guess they got me too... False ordering, do not buy from them, I usually check these things, did not this time... AVOID, REPORT... Never again..

I would not recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order for four handbags on 12/20/25. The first tracking number showed the package as delivered on 01/18/26—nearly a month after the order was placed—but there was no package at my door or in my mailbox.

I contacted the company, and they resent the order on 01/22/26. The second shipment then showed as delivered on 02/01/26 at 4:08 PM, even though it was only around 11:30 AM CST at the time, and again there was no package and no proof of delivery provided.

Despite this, I was informed that I am not eligible for a full refund and would only receive 70% because the shipment is marked as delivered—even though there is no evidence that anything was actually delivered. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I got a lot of compliments on this sweater, however I am 5' tall and got a small. I normally like my sleeves long, especially for sweaters, so that I can wear layers easier and stay warm. The pictures make it look like the sweater has long, long sleeves, but I found the red sweater's sleeves quite short. This is personal preference, but they are not as long as the pictures make it look. At 5' tall and the body that goes with it, the sleeves nowhere near my wrists, about an inch and a half. So if you like your long sleeves extra long, this is an issue specifically with the small in red. I’m not sure if they’re all the same.

This company is not very trustworthy I placed an order in Dec on the 23rd of the month I have not received any thing and today is January 30 2026 and it says my order has been delivered but I don t have anything at all why is this company still pending and why can they still advertise their products this is really bad and I need all my money back and they need to stop advertising the purses all of this is false I do have a tracking number but cant find anything with it I really not sure of what to do but I will write them to see about .y Dooney and Burke purse.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Like everyone else on here...didn't receive what I ordered on 11.22.2025. They told me it has been delivered on 01.19.2026 but with no local carrier information.

Fits right. Loved the fabric, good for daily heavy use. I’m not sure about the colour; I’ll see how it looks after washing.

Scammers — do not order from this company. I never received my order. If you go on their website you see where to contact them but it doesn’t allow you to email or chat with them. I am reporting and charging back my purchase.

-100 STARS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are a complete scam and will just take your money, say the products were delivered using a fraudulent tracking website and then jerk you around to get your money back. IF you get it back. I am still emailing back and forth with them. I encourage everyone who has been scammed to file a report with the FBI and BBB. That's what Im doing today.

Zero stars. Do not order anything from them. They stole my money. Sent fake tracking information. Never received my orders. They will not respond to my emails. Called the better business bearou on them and the police.

Nothing I ordered was delivered. There's no way to get a refund. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

I ordered a bag 12/19/25 on 1/18/26 @ 8:30pm Chicago time I received a message saying it was delivered but no package.

Do not trust this company or order ANYTHING from them. The will lie and steal your money. I never received what was ordered and they give fake tracking information. They ought to be investigated and arrested for all the money they steal from people. Complete Assholes!

Same as everyone else. Ordered purses on December 16th. Took nearly a month and received a "delivered" message on January 16th....nothing was ever delivered.

Yeah I ordered from tiktok 4 bags says delivered, I never received anything. Makes me really sad do not order because it's fake fake fake

I should have researched this company first on December 14 before believing a TikTok video and making a purchases. Now it's January 19 and no items. Waste of time and money. I will be filing a report for refund and to the BBB.

Only because I can’t give them a zero star. They are thieves. Do not order from them. According to their tracking, it took 29 days for me to receive my merchandise. Of course I never received it. Yes, it’s my fault. 🤦🏻‍♀️ When I tried to go back to send an email, there was no
longer a record of my order on their website anymore.

I ordered two Dooney and Burke purses and wallets Dec 16th and have never received them. Can't get any phone number to speak with someone. Followed tracking and its coming from China. It now says delivered, however I never received the package.

Same story as others, saw on tik toc or back in December 15 now it January 16th still no product. Readings others reviews I know I have been scammed. Do not order from this company.
