As an Interior Design I was intrigued by your plans. Very functional with an easy flow. The website was easy to understand. Any questions I asked were answered promptly. Once my order was placed I was contacted and kept informed as the modifications were done. Once approved, the final plans were sent quickly!

Beautiful designs and great customer communication
To begin with the designs are absolutely beautiful. The fly through animations really help visualizing what each house will feel like. The ease of purchase for the designs is very good. I was a little confused regarding what packages I needed to purchase for the changes that I wanted made. On one part of the website it indicates that major changes also include the foundation change, but when I inquired about that, I was told that the major changes did not include the foundation change. That is truly the only complication that I had during the purchasing process, and that was extremely minor. The primary reason that I gave a five star review is because of the prompt, courteous and professional communication that I’ve received from the entire team during this process. I’m excited to see the plans, reflecting the changes that I requested. I’ve already shared the site with a few of my colleagues who are also considering building tiny homes. If the customer service I’ve experienced up till now is anything like with the designs will be with the changes I requested, I’m excited to see how beautiful they’ll be.
