Update on my situation

I've been emailing them for days, and their response is :
• For subscriptions billed via Google Play Store, refund requests must be made directly to Google. • If you delete your TOD account, you are not eligible for a refund on any previous subscriptions. No additional refund process is specified for other payment methods in the provided information.

I havent used google play to subscribe, I went on their website to subscribe which should have some sort of support for clients, which is not the case.
This is a scam, and they have their AI based system that just keeps people in a loop.
They will be hearing from my lawyer, I do not care If have to spend thousands in courts ! As long as they wont be able to scam anyone else

I pay 30 $ to watch caf cup , and not opened , my money wasted , I try to send emails , but they are not help at all, really very bad experience, very bad customer service, taking money for ZERO SERVICE ,

Honestly, going through other reviews got me scared. But from my point of view, the reasons I purchased TOD, I'm satisfied for now cos all I wanted to stream i get them without issues. I want to also thank one of the customer service assistance in Virgin megastore , Mall of the Emirates. Neg was extremely professional and helpful. She did a great job. I was planning to go for something else but with her product know, I got a better option. I would encourage to try the Instore purchase and not get discouraged by some reviews. Setbacks might come but I hope the team is working hard to be better.

Horrible app, subscribed but it didn’t give me access to the package, extremely poor customer support, no reply to request for cancellation and refund

TOd prélève deux fois l’abonnement sur le même compte, même lorsqu’il s’agit simplement d’un upgrade du forfait de 15 € à 40 €.
Le système ne prend absolument pas en compte le cas du relais ou de la mise à niveau : on paie, puis on repaie, sans correction ni remboursement clair.
Dans ces conditions, c’est difficile de ne pas parler d’escroquerie.
Pratiques abusives, manque de transparence, et aucun respect du client.

TOD does not work at all. Worst service ever. Always freezing, does not even function. It is simply a rip off, as there no refund nkt even partial one. The company must be sued for thia. No humanan cuatomer service to complain to. One is shoked that ita mother company is BeIn Sports. What.a shame!!!

The app crashes frequently, whether I’m using it on my phone, watch, or TV. It runs very slowly, and right now while watching the Liverpool vs. Atletico game, the stream keeps lagging and even stopping completely. On top of that, reaching customer support feels impossible—it’s like a mystery with no clear way to contact them. I’m subscribed to the 4K plan at $15 a month, and this level of service is really disappointing.

I’ve paid for a subscription that I cannot access, it’s been weeks and I’ve been raising complaints to their support with no reply.

Scammers. Took the payment, did not get my subscription. Worst company ever. They do not respond to any of your emails.

i subscribed in 4kwhich is the most expensive plan to watch any football league i want , then i fiund nothing just a summary 7 to 25 min. only , there is no phone number to explain my issue only AI whatsapp then email. Veronica

I’ve had enough of TOD. This is the third time I subscribe to watch matches, and every time, it ends in frustration. after just a few days of working, my subscription stops working... on its own!!! again AND AGAIN. The app treats me like I'm not subscribed, even though I paid. Now I can’t even log into the account that has the subscription, while I can log in with other accounts. What kind of joke is this? This is obviously a form of fraud.

Each time, I have to open a ticket, wait for like 2+ days for a useless response, and the best they can do? issue a compensation. You take people’s money and deliver nothing. This feels like fraud at this point.

Fix your system or stop offering paid subscriptions. And if you can’t deliver what people paid for, refund them.

I'm not falling for this scam. and you should not fall for it too. refrain from TOD. use other great services. even pirated IPTVs deliver more than TOD.

Heel slechte klantenservice die bijna niet bestaat (voor een betaalde service). Bovendien is er een vertraging van ongeveer 30 seconden met de live uitzending van hun eigenaar Bein Sports!

TOD is very inconsistent with the reliability of coverage. It glitches at the worst times. Sometimes it’s ok. Other times you cannot view in English, only Arabic. It’s extremely frustrating that’s it’s so unreliable coverage. As I’m writing this I was able to watch the race in Saudi, but as soon as the race finishes, within seconds, it glitches and post race interviews and trophy ceremony coverage is absolutely awful! Makes me wonder how I can get around not using TOD.

How do you trash $100 with TOD and Google Play?

My 10 yo son wants to watch football games on TV. I decide to buy a TOD subscription for him

Day 1: Purchase a $100 subscription, then discover it works only for mobile.
Try to upgrade... impossible!

Day 2: Email TOD the support

Day 3: TOD support said you cannot upgrade bcs bought it on Google play.
You need to get a refund from Google for the purchase.

Day 3: Ask for a refund from Google

Day 5: Google answers refund is only possible within 48h of the purchase

THEN no one cares!!! TOD does nothing, Google does nothing
CONGRATS to these beautiful companies.

Honestly, When I first started using it, it was alright but now it keeps on saying you reached device limits so i logged out of every device and it still said that, I think that they should remove the fact that you are allowed to only remove 1 device every 30 days!!!!! It is a 0 out 5
But I just said 1 stars horrible horrible.

paid 15$ for one game and then i couldn't watch the entire second half

Be careful, dont subscribe! They charge you bit they dont show you content you subscribed for and they dont refund. They dont even care once they charged you. BE AWARE!

You literally cannot cancel once you subscribe. And they take your money every month. When you try to cancel, it says you have to wait until the end of the month you've just paid for and of course, if you wait, they take another month's subscription. If you go to their support link, it sends you to the same link that doesn't let you cancel. What a scam they run. Awful.

The have charged me the subscription fee, but I am not able to view any of the content! The app is prompting me to subscribe and pay again although tht subscription fee of 69.99 already debited from my bank account through apple pay. The worst thing that there is absolutely no way to contact them though telephone or e mail to resolve the issue.
I have seen tens if not hundreds of reviews going talking about the same issue, so I am quite sure that the company is aware about this but dont have the decency to resolve the issue and refund the money which in my opinion one form of fraud

Paid for subscription for euro24 and Olympics. Had some blackouts during the euros but generally managed to watch all.
Was not able to see any of tge Olympics at all.
Ended up in email conversation with them for 3 weeks where they did not help or take any responsibility, offering no refund.
After Olympics finished they suggested I could watch the highlights ................enough sad
Never again with TOD TV, I do not recommend at all.
