Lovely staff in the Dalton park outlet ,really helpful

This coat is fabulous -great quality and exceptionally warm, but . . . . it's MASSIVE!!!! I'm a standard size 10 but like clothes to be snug so ordered the size 8 - it absolutely drowned me. A size 8 garment should have a 32" chest - the label in the coat advises 36" but it actually measures 40" I'm so disappointed - I'm going to Sweden soon and need a very warm coat

Arrived promptly. Well packed. Very impressed with quality! Great colour. Generous fit could have sized down. Bought for forthcoming holiday where I don’t want to wear a heavier coat.

Harriet High Rise stretch wide leg jeans are super comfortable for everyday wear. I’m amazed they don’t knee or loose their shape the quality and cut is perfect, I’m 5.5 size 14 the length is spot on.

Not so good this experience. I ordered the items and paid for the 24 hour delivery, it was late as per from Royal Mail these days. I probably should whinge and get reimbursed the postage cost tbf

Hello i have not left a review before but TOG24 has made me do it. I purchased a cap last year and it faded badly but i binned it and went to buy another in April and said to the manager what had happened .He said that if i had returned it they would have exchanged .So when it happened again i took it back this month August.
The Supervisor/Manager could not careless have you got the receipt /we dont stock them anymore a total attitude problem (Trentham Retail Park SOT). I explained that i purchase a lot of TOG from a new coat every year ,teeshirts .shirts,trousers,gloves,scarfs,bags to name a few.but he was not interested. I would of been happy with a credit note to buy some more items. I came away and emailed customer service a week ago 17th August and no reply from them it seems nobody is interested unless you are buying from TOG24 . Funny thing is you will give 15% discount away all the time with blue light cards . very poor customer service and poor quality on the caps .

Service was great and in-store staff so helpful. They found all the sizes so I could compare both jackets. They also recommended the rewards programme! Jacket really good quality and stylish.

Went into the East Midlands Outlet store few days ago and honestly felt very unwelcome. There were 2 male members of staff just standing around chatting and on their mobile phones. Nobody asked if we were okay or if we needed any help.
I went in because I needed a new jacket but ended up going into Mountain Warehouse instead. The difference was massive. The staff there were so friendly and helpful from the second I walked in to when I left, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

It’s such a shame because I’ve had a really positive experience in this store before from a young girl who unfortunately wasn’t in when I came in. Please train your staff better because good customer service really does make a huge difference to the overall shopping experience.

This jumpsuit is really comfy...soft fabric and fits well. I also have it in the cherry colour. Good value in the sale, but wouldn't pay full price. Would recommend.
