I had an excellent phone call with Julian amazing customer service and he was very patient going through everything and making sure I understood and being a great helping hand in the process.
Anyone can read words and click buttons but having the help was really useful.
Although it’s all personal and some may say uncomfortable to talk about Julian made himself very easy and welcoming to talk to. I would recommend to anyone!

Very friendly. Helped me choose which would be the best plan. And giving me time to think about it. But after a couple of day I emailed for Mike to call me as I like to go ahead with it. He took his time, didn’t rush me and even spoke about, my misses getting a policy with them but under polly.

Scott took all the hassle out of setting up the life insurance and you can have a laugh over the phone too its not like taking to a robot 10/10 would recommend using Tom for cover and if you get Scott on the phone you wont have any issues.

Do not hand over your details to these clowns.
I filled out the contact details page expecting there to be a next page that asked for other details to give me a quote there and then, like basically any other site does.
But no the next page just said they’ll contact me shortly to discuss, annoying but fine.
This was on a Sunday and I changed my mind the next day, told them I changed my mind when they called the first time and figured that was is. Nope, they have since incessantly called 5+ times a day all off different numbers so you can’t just block them.

As soon as you click that “get me a quote” button online you’re doomed and will receive endless harassing calls from random landlines and mobile numbers. Despite requesting to be removed from any call or mailing lists they still insist on calling you 7-8 times a day.

We're sorry for any frustration felt from us calling you. When a quote is requested online, we try to reach out quickly because securing life cover is often something that is easily put off. However, it is never our intention to overwhelm anyone.
This however does sound highly irregular. If you have requested to be removed from our calling list, we will always cease calling, so we would like to investigate this immediately.
We will be sending an information request through Trustpilot so we can locate your details, investigate what happened, and ensure your number is removed from our calling list.
