I would like to write something positive about Julian who used to style my hair. He was excellent and always gave me a good hairdo. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. When I phoned to make an appointment last week, I was told that he left Tony&Guy, Kingston upon Thames. Unfortunately, I was not able to locate him. Thank you Julian. All the best!

I had my hair coloured and restyled yesterday (16/05/2026) at Toni & Guy, Islington by Tom. He is a fantastic colourist and stylist who listens. He is also very approachable, friendly and professional. Many thanks Tom, and to the lovely girl who washed my hair and gave me a wonderful head massage. I didn't get her name but she lives in South East London.

Rachel at Toni &Guy Wimbledon always does my colour. She is always extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. The whole team at the Wimbledon branch are always friendly and caring an absolute credit to Katrina the Manager. They always work wonders!

Had an amazing experience (again) today with Elena. Not only is she very efficient and very lovely, she also knows exactly what to do with my difficult hair! Can't recommend this place enough, everyone is lovely.

Very disappointed. Showed Luca an instagram literally of another man shaping style. He didnt want to even take phone to see. Told him i wanted Deep V at back, he told me old fashioned. I said still wanted it. At end he didnt do V at back and said he "softened it" for me. Just did his own thing. He also dry cut hair as didnt know what he was doing. so disappointed

Il personale è molto giovane, cordiale ed estremamente professionale. Il ragazzo che ormai mi taglia dalla prima volta, Alessandro, è preparato, delicato ed offre ogni volta una consulenza ottimale per il mio tipo di capello/viso/età, consigliandomi al meglio.
Il prezzo vale il servizio, il salone e tutti i ragazzi che ci lavorano.

Annabel was delightful and made the hair up experience fun. My hair is thick and difficult but she did exactly what I asked for and it stayed in all night. Thank you.

My healthy and beautiful hair was ruined, despite communicating what I wanted, which was highlight refresh, my hair got stripped to ugly mixture of platinum white and yellow inconsistently, loosing most of my natural dark pieces which where the foundation of my look. I wanted it to have texture and instead of a refresh I got the worst makeover. My hair is truly ugly, bristle, dried, fried and ruined. There is no texture, no natural contrast. I spent 5 h and left depressed. Worst of all there is so much damage I don’t know if I can repair my hair and go back to the colour i had when I walked in. My bangs are already breaking after one day, so fried and ugly😰 I wish I never went there. My regrowth was 100% more attractive than what I have now.

Booked in for a root tint with Leah (Senior Technical Stylist) and what should have been a routine appointment turned into a 4-hour ordeal due to missed sections and negligence.

At the end, I discovered hair dye on my Prada Saffiano tote. The manager Sharon stepped in and referred me to their insurer, Aviva, while the stylist showed no accountability and moved straight onto her next client.

What followed was nearly a year long battle with Aviva causing prolonged stress and delay.

The claim was eventually settled in full but only after significant persistence on my part. While the outcome was correct, the process to get there was far from acceptable.

The lack of care, accountability and professionalism speaks volumes and explains the constant new staff at Toni and Guy.

The service was very good. The way they handle the customers were perfect.

Toni & Guy Guildford - I was a model yesterday and the treatment was really good. However, the customer service was poor. Amelia (trainee / apprentice) was very nice but there were three things she did which annoyed me. Firstly she didn’t tell me which salon it was so I went to the one in Godalming but it was actually at the one in Guildford. Secondly she made me wait ages while mixing the colour without telling me what was going on, I saw her going into different rooms but never came back to the chair. Lastly she didn’t tell me they only accept cash for models so I had none on me. Also she didn't take all of the stains from the hair dye off my face so I pointed it out and she tried her best but there was still some left. Another stylist (Lola I think) came over to check the colour so I mentioned it to her and all she said was "Yeah that'll come off" and then walked away. The pad they used with stain remover on was right by her. I've tried to take it off today with soap and water but it's really stubborn and probably would have come off yesterday with stain remover if Lola listened to me instead of dismissing me

A very friendly welcome from Ashley in reception and the offer of refreshments. James and Sarah did an excellent job with our haircuts and my wife's colour. A real "Tony & Guy special. A salon to revisit.

Great service. Lovely welcome at reception. Fabulous head massage when I had my hair washed by Sophie. Then Sam was brilliant! I went for a short haircut and Sam talked through every step. I'm so pleased with the result.

Great experience with Aaron in the Bristol branch, he’s so down to earth and friendly… I love having my keratin treatment with him… he’s very unique and so refreshing…I have never met such a nice person as him before in a saloon.
He’s simply the best ever 👌
