I do not recommend the service if you need immediate access to the group buy tools in toolstoon. Every time I needed it, on different days and times, the tools I intended to use were not functional. On each occasion I requested to activate it and except yesterday and today they normally responds within a few minutes.
This Saturday and Sunday I had no luck, hours go by and they don't respond.
I don't understand how they don't care about keeping the tools activated and forcing the user go through the experience of manually requesting them every time we need a tool. Its frustrating.
I will request a refund of my payment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOOLSTON AT ALL.
UPDATE: they lie continuously about a refund they never fulfill. 3 weeks has passed and no refund yet. They are a fraud. The website is hosted in Amazon India and they tercerize payments through FastPring intermediary. So, they are ghostly guys scamming people. They dont really represent what good people is, the most in their country. Its a shame. Im fulfilling report in paypal, at fastspring and cybercrime agency of india.

I use toolstoon often for my office work. Most of times their tools works without any issues and if any tools not working I just msg them they respond instantly and get it done within minutes. Is a useless list of expired program nothing else.

I had the 10$ subscription package. Suddenly about 9 days after my latest renewal, my membership subscription was removed, and it said I had never had any subscription. Support said they would check, but 10 days later I had not hear anything from them, so i absolutely do not recommend this service.

Very poor support. One ahrefs account for many users - you get logged out in less than 1 minute.
Also they don't give refund unless you open an issue on Paypal.
