When my order turned up much quicker than advised
When my order turned up much quicker than advised, I was impressed with this, it had a faulty battery. I contacted TSD and was advised to send a email about it which I did.
I was advised they would send out a replacement the next working day which they did, no arguments, no fuss just a great service. I received the new battery the following day problem resolved.
Thank you for your great service and I will recommend you to anyone who requires your type of service.

Great products and prices. Prompt dispatch but had a problem with the courier only delivering one of the two boxes. Sent an email to Toolstore and it was picked up straight away and they dealt with the problem (which was entirely the courier’s fault) and arranged for the package to be re-delivered the following morning. Will definitely use them again.
