My experience here in New Zealand is the same as two others from NZ report. Battery never sent, status shown as sitting in China awaiting shipment for over 6 weeks. Customer services apologies for the delay and says it missed the flight 6 weeks ago. May be okay in other countries but there seems to be a problem shipping batteries to New Zealand. Update - the battery did get delivered and works fine, but delivery took nearly 2 months and there was no update or tracking information. The status still shows waiting for plane in China, and I have received the battery. I think they just need a better shipment partner.

It was good to be able to acquire what is quite an uncommon type of battery - it arrived as promised and all works perfectly now. Thanks!

Good battery works as stated thanks

It has now been 43 days since my order and I have not received it. Customer service is extremely poor they still can’t give me an eta or tell me where my order is. Disappointed they get to have a .co.nz domain - but clearly not meeting the standards of shopping online and the great level of customer service we are used to in NZ.

Do not buy from this company, extremely bad customer service. I ordered battery well over 6 weeks ago and haven't received any tracking information. I emailed and get told to wait another week. Week after week get told same thing. They are refusing to cancel my order and refund me. I suggest buying straight from China over using these fake NZ websites

Recently purchased a replacement battery for UE Boom from topbattery.co.nz website. Although communication from them was limited, product arrived quickly and appears to be genuine logitech replacement.
