This is the second time I have left review for Top cat blinds, I have tried for several weeks to get a replacement blind Tony Carr said it won't be happeniing
I said I wanted my money back still waiting He has given ne the runaround, won't even give me his company's address, he has a few businesses on companies house but all been dissolved. I have managed to report him to trading standards, also I am a pensioner and he is robbing me. He is a nasty person.Dont part with your money

I use topcat everytime for blinds and always get a quick appointment, everything sorted and arranged quickly too. Blinds are always great and fitted perfect. Never had a problem, would recommend!

Great experience with this company. Had our windows measured for blinds on Monday afternoon after only emailing to request this on the Sunday night, and our blinds were fitted by the Friday. Great customer service and would really recommend.

I've changed my blinds with this company at least 5 or 6 times and will never use them again! Avoid this company! The new sheer white blind had a few marks on it when fitted in November, I called right away to get it replaced and have been ignored ever since. I was advised the blind would be replaced, no one came back to me, i had to chase them up, then was advised they had run out of fabric! The customer service is non-existent, the way they reply to messages and speak to you on the phone is disgusting and they jut say whatever to get you off the phone absolute lies and a horrible bunch of cowboys, don't give TC your hard earned money!
