Do NOT use TOP PRODUCER SOFTWARE. They take your money and "guarantee" 30 leads per month. I have paid 3 months of $300 each month ($900 total) and have about 16 leads. All leads are coming from a town that I did not ever include in my list.

Leads are HORRIBLE. The people either have a bad phone number or they say that it's a scam and they are getting calls and do NOT want to sell their house. They were upset that I even called them. I'm having to delete most of the only 16 leads that I received.

True that I signed the agreement, but they never held up their end. I should have 90 leads, not 16. And in an area that I REQUESTED, and I was told that they would be vetted leads, not ones that tell me that they are not even looking and to QUIT CALLING THEM.

Also, I missed my onboarding appointments, but I explained to the lady that I had a recent surgery, my son had a recent surgery and my mother in law (who lives in AR) is in and out of the ER, so we've had a lot going on. She said she would see if she could get me my "promised" leads. I do NOT want them, now because I see how bad they are and how upset these people are from receiving my calls - in an area that I don't even want to work. All are coming from one area that I never provided. Talk about customer service! Wow.. I've dealt with some winners, but TOP PRODUCER SOFTWARE takes the cake.

I plan to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. The management won't even return my calls. They just try to remind me of the contract that I'm locked in with these great leads that I'm receiving.

DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY OR SIGN THEIR AGREEMENT. IT'S NOT ON THE LEVEL.

After several high pressure calls from their company rep, I finally gave in and tried them out. The leads are garbage. 95% of them will not even answer the phone, and the other 5% weren't even looking for a house!! So I tried to cancel. Top producer told me I couldn't cancel and then continued to charge my card on file. Now since I've ordered my credit card company to stop allowing payments, they are taking me to collections for the past due balances. They are scammers. Stay far away as possible. Can't believe I fell for this.

Beware! Ive been searching for a CRM. I asked their sales agent if they offered a free trial to be sure it was everything they said it would be. He said no but offered to let me sign up and try it paying for the first month. If I was not satisfied, I could cancel in the first 30 days and pay only for that one month. I agreed. I had problems with one of the primary features and could not get resolution from support so I tried to cancel. There is no place to cancel on the website, nor on the software. Support tells you they will have the cancellation department call me back in 1-2 days. 5 days later, no call. I can't count how many times I tried to call them to cancel. They have this down to a science making almost impossible to do so. Sign up for this software at your own risk. When you learn it is not all that they sell it to be, good luck cancelling.

Leads are not converting to listings, per their promises, sales rep refuses to return calls, when you need help while ontheir site you have to set up a calendar call for a week away, they refuse to help you resolve your dissatisfaction, 7 months in this was wasted money. I think these are just addressees from the tax records we may as well just do bulk mail. Very poor experience all around. Sad that I cant leave a half a star.

Terrible , leads were spam. Not verified at all, and never converted not one. Was stuck in a 6 month contract and was so excited to get some business going and the website was just trash . Terrible leads.

SCAMMERS! NO LEADS! STAY AWAY!!!!! WE NEED TO SUE THEM!

The sales rep tells you stories that make it sound like this is amazing once you start you'll realize that all they do is use a generic ad that a five-year-old can make and just gets junk people clicking on it primarily renters and the rest is Just Junk not only that they grab you and cannot get let you out for a minimum 6 months on the leads so you're paying high amounts and then the CRM which is useless you're stuck for 12 months and can't get out of that either.

I have used the Top Producer CRM for at least 10 years so I decidied to try it's Social Connect feature. After 30 days of receiving Garbage leads, I requested a cancellation which was denied so I'm stuck with this TRASH until June 4th. 2026. Do Not Buy This Product! Social Connect is a Fraud. There is no such thing as customer service anymore. Did the company change hands?

Garbage. Don't bother. I am paying $600/month and got about 30 leads in 4 months and they are all crap. Contact info is wrong

SOFTWARE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE LEAD GENERATION SERVICE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONE, OVER 65% OF LEADS GENERATED WERE FAKE NUMBERS AND MANY WITH FALSE EMAILS. I WOULD STEER AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE

The CRM simply doesn’t function as promised. Customer service is non‑existent, and the software still relies on a 20‑year‑old (7i) platform because the current “X” version doesn’t perform. The company can't even deliver on their core product, The CRM. and all the other products are darn right awful. Social Connect is the worse product I have bought in my almost 2 decades of being an agent.
The only feature I’ve found useful is the ability to record all my transactions — and that’s the only reason I’ve stuck with it this long. Unfortunately, even basic tasks like sending a simple mail‑out are painful. The process was awful, and the only support option provided was a frustrating chat box.
At this point, I’m done. The lack of functionality, outdated technology, and poor customer support make this product impossible to recommend.

I have been with TP for a long time and am finding their customer service to be terrible. They sold me a lead package - nothing like what I was promised. Garbage leads and their support trying to work with their lead system is even worse. Trying to cancel is next to impossible. I regret staying with them for so long. Save yourself time, money and headaches. Go elsewhere.

Low quality leads and rough customer service. They will not let you out of the agreement under any circumstances. Do not fall for this like I did!

Horrible company!!!! I feel this company was a huge waste of my time and money!!!! Many of the leads had bad contact information, did not speak English, or were renters. Now I have to pay 6 more months for products I do not want. I have been a Realtor for 25 years and I suggest you stay away from this company!! Roger P.

Absolute Garbage! Sales person was super shady. Didn’t explain the type of ads they use, which produced horrible results. Lots of non speaking English leads looking for rentals. Try to call them for help and they don’t care at all. Run!

TopProducer took their phone support away and only offers chat and email options. This is extremely unhelpful when trying to ask a question or solve a problem. The chat attendants don't understand the questions and it proves to take much more time than a phone call. When we purchased this system they had phone support which was a main reason for switching from our last CRM. So we pay the same price and can't get our questions answered now. Not terrific, TP.
