Cardboard brief cases, 21 files with tabs
There is always a catch when you buy something reduced. I ordered 2 cardboard brief case for filing, it has 21 filing sections in it. Keeps paperwork tidy and all in one place. On closing the one when papers in, the black plastic around the closer button came off the front and frame work from back which holds the catch on came off. I managed to glue it together but for something new shouldn't have to be doing that. Ordering and checkout and delivery was all fine.

Terrible guillotine
this guillotine is terrible! Ive ruined most of my art prints using this! It doest cut properly or cleanly. This is a piece of rubbish

Too much tape!
My files arrived within expected timescale, and seem to be decent quality. I've dropped a star because of the completely unnecessary amount of sellotape wound round and round the parcel. This meant I couldn't open it without cutting the whole thing open and unable to recycle the plastic bag as it could not be separated from the tape. I have no idea why so much was used.

Fantastic customer service and great product
I recently ordered an expanding file case that was was not delivered on the expected due date and so I contacted Top Quality Shop for assistance. Lee Roberts responded to my email immediately and was able to confirm that the package had been mislaid by Royal Mail and he arranged for a replacement to be delivered free of charge. In the end the original package was delivered (several days late) and Lee gave me the option of keeping it at no extra charge. As well as being delighted at receiving such great customer service I am also very happy with the product. This was the first time I have made a purchase from this company but this experience means I will definitely shop with them in the future.
