Scam don’t buy from them’
Bought 2 christmas lights from them the company has been replying to my emails chasing for my items but then I received a pen in the post and now being ignored!!

The bank are being unhelpful as they don’t class it as a “scam” because something was received by the company and I have to allow 2 weeks to try resolve it with the company before they will then open a case against the company.

If I could give anybody any advice it would be do not order anything from topics store. It is a scam. Can’t even email them as when you try it says somethings gone wrong!! Yeah you’re right something went wrong when I ordered 2 items from them, never to receive them!!! DON’T ORDER FROM THEM

Scam don't touch I ordered 2 Christmas ornaments for my garden messaged them to say am still waiting and tht I wanted my money back as I could see it was as am when there add said it would be delivered between 5-10 working days and nothing arrived until I received a ink pen which I didn't pay for when I checked people where saying and showing they had there items so that's why I thought it was save but obviously not so do not touch

I placed two orders on. DEC 1ST 2022, GOT A EMAIL ON 12/7/22 SAYING MY ORDER WAS SENT OUT, I CHECKED THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY GAVE ME ON THE 14TH OF DECEMBER AND IT SAID MY ORDER WAS IN Los Angeles (United States), so today still no packages so I checked the tracking again and it still says the same as on the 14th of Dec...I want my money back and I contacted my bank already to change my account number and card

This is a terrible scamming company!!! Do not waste your time or money on this useless fake so called company! I ordered a Christmas outdoor decoration over a month ago and all I got was a fleece hat and scarf set which is not even worth $1! I’ve been going back and forth with a sales rep only for her to come back and tell me it’s a shippers error and I was sent the wrong item and to return it to them! Are they serious?! This set is worth a $1 if that and I have since donated it to the homeless! Like
I would buy into their lies that someone would order this set?! I am appalled by this request!! Very upsetting that there are fraudulent companies such as this and especially in these hard times! Shame
On Facebook for allowing this so called company to advertise on their social media site!! How is this legit?! We should also be requesting a refund from

I ordered 11/20/22. I got a e.mail saying it was on its way 12/01/22. I have not received anything. I tried to send a msg and they refused to get my msg. I spent $31.84. I think BBB should shutdown this company.

I place an order for Christmas decorations on December 3 they took my money and I have not received nothing no tracking number and no merchandise. I either want what I order and not something else or my money back.

I ordered some outdoor Xmas Decorations in November, and received a tracking reference number, but when it came it was a little hat?? I complained straight away, and have sent numerous emails asking for a refund of £25.99 of which I can ill afford at this time of year. But I do not understand Facebook putting these scams on their website?????

I ordered a snowman and what I got was a scarf 😡. Tried contacting the sender but they have completely ignored me. So, so disappointed as I am at the loss of €17! It might not seem like a lot of money, but it is to me. DON'T ORDER Anything from these scammers, preying on vulnerable people in light of the current financial crises. I received a tracking number which was useless in that I had to keep checking to see where the package was! When I questioned this with the company, I was asked "to be patient"!!! I really hope that these guys days are numbered 🙏🙏.

This is a scam I ordered a 6” snowman and a 6” Lamppost. I have not got it yet I ordered on the 16th of November. I want my money refunded or the things I ordered

I didn’t not receive my order and they sent a tracking number ! I have emailed them 3 times ! I am pretty sure it’s a scam ! So sick of these scams !

Would have given a ZERO but no option. This is supposed to be a Christmas store. Do not order. It is a complete scam. Did not receive any products I had ordered.

This company operates for a few weeks every year then disappears check the videos on YouTube total scam owe me £100
