The booking of the W circuit was easy and fast. On the hike everything worked perfectly. Efficient!
The booking was made less than two weeks before the start of the hike, still plenty of option available.

I was unable to modify a reservation. While trying to do so, the website did not allow me to confirm, asking me instead to confirm if I am booking everything through TorresHike, even though there was no button to do this. Tried on multiple computers and web browsers, nothing helped.

Figuring out how to reserve camping spots on the W trek was a bit of a nightmare until I found Torres Hike. Very easy to use system.

Jana has been absolutely brilliant while helping me book my accommodation for Torres Del Paine. I first made a mistake of booking completely wrong dates within 45 day cancellation period and have already accepted the completely uncessary loss of money I contacted support to ask if there was anything that could be done. Within few hours from that I got a reply from Jana and after a couple of days she managed to help change all my dates. The payment process is simple and secure, the communication is awesome, the process is way easier than it would be if I tried booking on my own and Jana is absolutely brilliant in her overall support. She really did go beyond what was required of her to help me and I couldn't thank her enough.

Their system was messed up and kept telling me O was available when it wasn't over and over again and even some W options. This was one of the worst booking experiences I've had ever.

I don't know how people book a trek in Torres without Torres Hike. The initial booking was very easy and Tomas was very helpful when we needed to modify our itinerary.

Great service. I booked the O Circuit through Torres Hike and the experience was very seamless. I even had to make some changes to my itinerary and they easily accommodated. Communication was excellent and the team at Torres Hike was very responsive. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend working with them. They helped make it simple.

We booked the W-trek very easily in August for November 2022. Then, two month later, I get an email saying that Vértice has overbooked the Grey campsite for our first night so we can't sleep there....two options: skip that night and do a much longer first day or sleep two nights in Paine Grande.We choose the second option but I had to send emails and emails to get the final voucher...I finally got it one week before starting our trek!!

Then, while in Torres del Paine, we decided to hike to Glaciar Grey the first day and I was really surprised when I saw the Grey campsite pretty empty at 6pm! I even asked the reception to know I there was space and she told me yes!

So in the end, very easy to book the campsites through Torres Hike but what a hassle to have to contact then over and over to get answers and we could have gotten our spot at Grey campsite!
