Not very good communication between sales staff & service department, Spent £16,000 on a new set of lifts & quite frankly people
in the service who control the engineers are sometimes quite rude & really don't care about you as a customer you are just a number, much better company when it was Sommers.

Called on a Tuesday & had an engineer on site by the Thursday! Very helpful & informative engineer, who fitted in around our work loading. Replacement bulbs fitted & fault looked into, with remedial advice should the issue occur again.

Great service. Although we could speak to an engineer who was on holiday. No one on call over Christmas ois a bit old fashion and not helpful for 24/7 industry.
