Giving 2 stars because to be fair they paid winnings reasonably fast. I feel a bit cheated with the welcome offer though, apparently qualifying bets must be placed on singles. I had carefully read the terms and conditions and they are very unclear about this, this combined with a 48 hr wait period for the free bets to be credited makes me suspect they are intentionally misleading people. The app is very poor as well, racing and spotsbook are separate and whenever you try to go back a page on sportsbook it takes you back to the racing homepage. Very poorly designed.

worse interface and website layout in the industry it takes me 4-5 clicks to put a BTTS bet on or win/draw bet and if i want multiple BTTS or win/draw it takes 14-16 clicks for a tixie bet. genuinely they will loose thousands of customers for this reason only. now that they is 100+ sports betting companies online. websites like bwin & betfair & betano take 6-8 clicks and even they need improvements betfair been the easily and quickest. in 3-4 clicks.

I don't get all the bad reviews this is by far the best site i have tried over the last year, the customer service on the phone was great made such a change instead of sat waiting for chat, the site is easy to navigate great for sports betting and plenty of slots to play, the withdrawals were in my bank within 20 mins .Honestly what a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other UK sites keep it going Tote ....

The company have still not credited my account with my welcome offer and keep just saying its 48 hours applier automatically and they cant do it manually. Redelclious any other company wuld credit the account instantly once you qualify.
