I would give a zero they pocketed my refund. Won’t return my emails it’s fraudulent they need reporting to the police

These people are scammers! I've just had a letter from HMRC asking me to confirm some details on a claim for repayment of tax that I supposedly made.
I have never made such a claim, but the scan of the claim form enclosed has Touchstone Consultants name prewriitten as recipient of any award along with my signature! Where the **** did they get that from??
This is nothing less than attempted fraud.

They've claimed my so called HMRC tax refund!!!

I would give zero if I could this firm is taking everyone’s tax refunds I’ve phoned hmrc they said nothing they can do about it how can they claim someone else’s tax how can this be stopped !!

This is a scam company that claims your tax refund, then pockets it.
I have never signed a 64-8 (Authorising an Agent) with HMRC or forwarded an authorisation code to them.
They have worked a system to obtain personal data to gain authorisation, to access tax payer's HMRC Accounts and Portal.

I too am a victim of these vile human beings they scammed £969.13 from us if you look up touchstone consulting group on the . Gov website and click on people you will see Jack Leigh/ Andrew Timothy Wood and Andy Wood are one and the same person all addresses held for these people are office lock ups not their home addresses they must use them to pick up post containing our monies the one address in my search was 19 new road Brighton there is a legitimate company at this address so I rang them up they have never heard of these people the nice lady I spoke to told me to contact company house I have sent them an email to see if they can do anything to stop these people it's a waste of time talking to HMRC all they tell you is they are a registered company so any Joe blogs can start a company and steal our money I told HMRC in no uncertain terms that they are aiding and abetting this firm to commit fraud I am determined to not let this happen to anyone else I have reported them to the fraud squad also put my story on social media and contacted rip off Britain I am waiting to hear from them and company house

I was due a cheque for a tax rebate
HMRC have sent it to these vile human beings
I filled in a questionnaire previously enquiring if i was entitled to Marriage Tax Allowance but was notified we weren't entitled
But NOW it seems they're able to have my tax rebate direct from HMRC
If i wanted that paid into my Husbands account that couldnt be done DATA PROTECTION
But a COMPANY i don't even know CAN have my money

If I could give this company -100 stars that’s what I would give them. They claimed £133.00 from the HRMC for overpaid tax and never received a penny from them so technically that have stole that money from me and many other people by the sounds of things. I phoned HRMC but they said there is nothing they can do. This company should not be able to take peoples money it’s disgraceful I wonder just how much they have managed to get from people it must be a pretty penny. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

This is a scam I never signed anything for them to claim my refunds but they have I have tried to phone them but there not taking calls I also went to there office near Manchester airport but it’s only a mail box where they collect there mail from stay away there a SCAM

This company is a scam keep away from it l was to receive 250pounds marriage tax refund and after months trying to get my refund they sent me a cheque for 45 .08 keep away from this company at all costs

Stay away from this company it is a scam. I was supposed to get marriage allowance and ended up signing away my tax return what a nightmare.

DO NOT USE TOUCHSTONE they will rip you off my claims was £248 they give me £44 and took the rest AVOID THEM

Do not use for marriage tax allowance claims. You will end up with with a very small amount and no where near the amount you should receive.
