They made it easy to select the right vehicle color. The package came with all the necessary items and you could order more specific items if you needed to facilitate the touch up.
BMW mineral white is what we got. Best part was you did not have to wonder when you package will be delivered. You go an email when it was packed, when it had been shipped, when it was out for delivery and when it was delivered! For a small item like that it felt like they were handling the crown jewels! Thank you.

I got this paint VIN-matched to the model and color of my car (2022 Subaru Crosstrack), followed the instructions, tested the test card and allowed it to dry, and the paint looked close enough to my Subaru, and at the time blended just about perfectly on the doors and pretty close on the front hood. When it dried however, as other people have noticed, it dried MUCH DARKER and is now more noticeable than the original scratches. The clear coat was genuinely abysmal, it was highly viscous and didn't spread well, creating what I'll politely call a "chicken crap" pattern across the scratches it was applied on. Additionally, I had to brush all of this on because TouchUpDirect's much-advertised application pen function was a dry, hard unusable rock. I would upload pictures but there's no way to do that here. The only reason why I'm not giving this 1 star is because it seems pretty durable, but it genuinely sucks for Subaru colors and clear coat quality. I will be sanding this crap off my car and repainting it with OEM the first chance I get.

Took them forever to even ship the order. The Paint Pen is absolute garbage. After shaking for over 5 minutes and pressing down it finally dispensed paint. Trying to apply more than one coat removes original paint due to poor surface of pen. I will order the OEM from paint shop and use a brush. I will not use this company again. I Do Not Recommend!

Followed directions exactly, even let paint dry longer then stated. Tried to apply clear coat and all 3 coats of paint came off! I do not recommend this product. Made a mess!

No customer service. Very slow on fulfilling orders. Paint never dries after weeks of allowing it too dry. I will give them one more try but my hopes are slipping towards zero or below. To be absolutely honest here, don't use this company. Take your problem to a professional painter and let them do it or buy you a touchup gun and some paint from English Color or other reputable company. Spraying is not hard. Spraying from cans is next to impossible. They all spit and leave blobs of paint on your part.

Do not recommend for novices to car touch ups. I followed every instruction given and the paint looks darker than my car and is extremely noticeable. I gave them my car's paint code and they still messed it up. It looked fine on the test card, I have no idea why it's drying so much darker on my car. Now I have to go pay to get this fixed. Even better, I waited a month from ordering to apply it, and now I can't do any of their guarantees. Do not recommend it, it's a total waste of money.

If you need touch up paint for a small or large area of your auto or motorcycle, there is only one place to go. That is www.touchupdirect-dot-com . First of all, I had a difficult color on my Goldwing but they matched it PERFECTLY! I was amazed. As part of the process, they made a mistake in my reorder. At 8:39 a.m. I sent them a note about the error. They are not even open yet in California, but I received a call from them at 10:12 a.m. They were so apologetic saying they were immediately shipping the correct product, an $80.00 value, at no cost to me. Customer service just does not get any better than this. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

To get just a little help to place an order, I waited, and waited, and waited on phone lines, on chat lines, and even eMails we’re not answered properly…. Even though I was within service hours - per TUD website directions - and on-line indications that ‘agents were standing by’ and ‘you are #2 in the queue”. Just a bunch of computer generated garbage sent to me to try to make me think a knowledgeable human was actually going to talk to me. After hours and hours waiting, no customer service contact was ever made. And then DAYS later, I get a cryptic eMail that says, ‘ Upon checking our system, We do not carry the formula of the color you’re looking for”. What? What? That’s it? That’s the end of the effort by TUD to make hundreds of it’s customers happy by suppling paint for this common code? TUD prides itself on being one of the biggest touch up paint providers in the world, and when they get an accurate paint code and paint name from one of the largest vehicle makers in world (GM) they make NO attempt to even call the auto company and get the formula for this very popular code - that is totally unacceptable. Not only terrible customer service, but terrible internal operations. I doubt ‘Carina’ is even a live person, probably just part of another computer generated message. And if it is a person, I doubt she made even 1 second of effort to get the formula for this standard GM/Chevrolet paint code. Shame on TouchUpDirect. . - Gary S.
