Very disappointed with the colour match not even near, even though they are stating 100% guarantee. I bought touch up and aerosol spray can both the same. I contacted the company but they never replied to me. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Had a small issue with applicator in which customer service were very quick to rectify. Colour is a great match.

Ordered this touch up pen for my white Peugeot 3008.
It's a pearly white colour. Gave them the colour code but the pen they sent was more like a brilliant white and nothing like the pearly white it should be.
Ended up getting another product from a different company which matched it perfectly.
Won't be using touchuppaintfactory again.

Horrible customer service colour never matches

Recieved today the Audi blue TT paint ,recieved with thanks.order arrived the following day .
colour match was perfect and has worked well,may need some more on but we will see at later time .The pen is amazing.Quite expensive though,i cant see how you could improve much on it,unless it was a biro point gives better control than a brush by far
Overall very pleased with it.shame i needed it in the first place

Easy to use and paint matched perfectly

The ordering process was simple and the paint arrived quickly, so no complaints there.

Unfortuantely the paint turned out to be a very poor match for the metallic silver on my car. The supplied paint had the correct paint code but was noticeably darker and had a distinct blue tint to it which did not match the paintwork.

I emailed customer service and they did come back with some suggestions but none of which made any difference - the colour is simply not a correct match.

I resorted to buying genuine Audi touch up paint and that matches the bodywork perfectly, so it's certainly not a case of my paintwork fading or variations in batches of paint the manufacturer uses.

2 stars because at least the order was processed quickly and customer service were responsive, but ultimately the paint was no good.

So I received pens which was empty. So I wrote a review , as I couldn’t find how to contact them , the day after I received an email from the touch up paint factory , saying sorry for my inconvenience and they would send out the pens again for me , 2 days later I received 2 new pens fully working , the product is amazing and the customer service was great and the dealt with my issue in a very professional manor thank you so much touch up paint factory I will definitely use your services again if need 😊

Ordered one of the ‘Paint Pens’ as it was advertised to me on Facebook. Had been looking for a simple do it yourself solution for tiny rock marks and scratches.

Entered my Reg and it did it all for me. Pen arrived within the week and was a perfect match. Very high quality and once cleaned and polished blends perfectly with the rest of the car. I wish the pen was slightly larger for the price. Other companies do offer this service for the same price and larger pens.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a simple paint pen solution.

I've been using this supplier for a while now, but unfortunately, their service has gone downhill. Several of my recent orders have taken weeks to arrive, despite being promised delivery within a few days. Every time I contact them, they simply blame DHL for the delays and take no responsibility themselves.

What's worse is that I'm constantly having to chase them up about my missing orders. I've been promised call backs with updates on more than one occasion, but those never come. I'm the one who has to follow up. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when they send me emails asking for product reviews on items I ordered over two weeks ago and still haven’t received.

Due to these repeated issues, I will be avoiding this supplier going forward and recommend others do the same. The lack of accountability and poor customer service has made it impossible to continue doing business with them.

I ordered 2 packs of a colour paint spray that came with a can of clear coat. So I should have received 4 cans altogether. I only received 2 cans. They sent me one of the missing colour cans, but I have been outstanding the remaining clear coat can for three weeks despite chasing multiple times. There has been no communication or apologies for the picking error.

Paint doesn't match despite following the instructions to the letter.

The nib on the pen is too large and gets paint everywhere.

Worst part - zero customer service to help rectify this, no repose whatsoever.

I have now done two paint repair jobs on my two vehicles. I can honestly say this company have been excellent their aerosol colour matches are 100% spot on.
They are quick to dispatch orders as well both jobs I did required blending of the paint and clear coating over the whole panel.
Therefore matching up was critical to do a good job.
On both counts the blends are invisible and that is why I give this company 5 star ratings.

Ordered one of their £20 “All in One” Paint Pens, the online purchase was easy and the goods arrived promptly but I estimate that there was less than 5ml in the pen and the nib fell out. I complained and was advised that "the minimum amount we can mix is 10ml and we fill the pen to the maximum". I would recommend going to other sites that offer 30ml for the same price.

I bought a can of spray from this company as Vauxhall delay in getting paint it very long. The paint colour provided related to my reg number and silver colour is nothing like the spray provided which is a dark grey.

Change my touch paint supplier recently. After doing a lot of searching online I found Touch up paint factory. Their website was impressive and easy to find the kit I required. I was also impressed that the paint and Lacquer is mixed so don't have to hunter for the stone chips i've painted, which saves time. I will definately be using again. Thank you!

I ordered the touch up pen kit for my 14 year old Jimny that had acquired a few scratches and scrapes over the years.
In no time the pen had worked it's magic and the Jimny looks great. Recommended

Just used the tough up pen and it has ruined my car bonnet, the finish from the pen is rubbish and just leaves a mess with deep lines in it, now ive got to take my car to a garage and try and put this right, DO NOT USE !
