I contacted tourhelp online for Disneyland holiday for a family of 5. I got speaking to Aria Bennet. She was absolutely fantastic. Very patient s I wasn't sure what I really wanted. (I changed my mind a few tkmes) Everytime I came back with a different request, Aria was so fast and so patient. Nd at the end she hot me the deal that I really liked after checking the reviews online. The process was really fast.
I would 100% recommend this company and especially Aria Bennet.

Robert was really helpful when planning our holiday as I had to keep changing the dates due to work. Robert has sent a very detailed invoice with a simple to follow payment plan. Very disappointing and misleading experience. I booked with TourHelp after seeing an advert stating that their holidays were ATOL protected. After paying my deposit, I was later told that my particular holiday was not ATOL protected and they were unable to provide me with the financial protection I had expected when booking.

I therefore decided to cancel and requested a refund of my £20 deposit, but TourHelp has refused to refund me. I feel extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled and believe customers should be given clear and accurate information about the financial protection attached to their booking before paying any money. Based on my experience, I would not book with them again.

We recently booked a family trip to Disneyland Paris for November through Tourhelp, with Robert Hamilton arranging everything for us, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

From the very beginning, Robert was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always happy to answer questions, look into different options and make sure everything was exactly what we wanted.

We went to paris and had an amazing time, thank to tourhelp, Aria help with the whole holiday, flight, hotel and park tickets. Everything went well,flight was good, good timing as well, to get to the airport, checking in went well and quick, our seats were good, next to each other, we got to our hotel in good time, check in which was quick and easy, then we went food shopping, which was an experience, the shopping center was 5mins away from our hotel, which was perfect, the hotel its self was not bad as well, it was just perfect for our time there, the breakfast was good with lots of different options, hotel room nice and clean, good service, staff and frienly, a great holiday all arounded. Thank you Aria, you did well.

Tourhelp made our trip to Disneyland Paris effortless. I worked with an agent named Andria soares who was wonderful. Andria handled everything from flights, hotel, transfers & Disneyland park tickets. The entire booking process was so smooth that it felt too good to be true. It wasn't until we were there I could finally believe it.
The ongoing support whenever I was unsure of anything was brilliant, Andria was kind & patient throughout our trip.
For anyone thinking of booking with tour help, I would definitely recommend them.

I would definitely recommend Tourhelp. Clara arranged our recent holiday to Thailand. We stayed at 3 different locations, all the hotels were absolutely amazing and the transfers between the locations were included, so there was no hassle.
