Very well organised and professional friendly staff. Overall it was a great trip. They staff provided us with plenty of snacks and drinks throughout the trip. Islands are beautiful.
Snorkeling was fun and lots of fish to see.

Perhaps some extra water just to wash the salt off your hands and face

Good trip with good staff

We spend a very nice day. We were a little bit worried because we just booked the tour the day before and didn't receive the confirmation for the pick-up time. But the driver arrived on time. He was very nice and very helpful. I gave him all the tour I wanted to do, and he follow exactly the schedule.

My tour was cancelled and a reason not given sadly and I didn’t receive an email from you except for payment.

The tour guide was amazing. The architecture of each place is unique and breathtaking. My favourite was the white temple or the heaven and hell temple. It was pristine. The golden triangle was a unique experience too. Thanks a lot for making my trip memorable

Poor food , too much crowded, snorkeling point not good .
The afternoon was much better , and timing was ok .

we booked a few tours from Italy before leaving on the enticement of the tour descriptions and positive (certainly fake) reviews. the day of the first tour we discover that they are not a tour operator but they sell the packages of others. during the tour the guide tells us that the tour we booked is not the one we will do, we ask both them and the tour we booked from for explanations and they tell us that they have changed the various visits! absolutely false what they say because the guide informed us that they have never done those stages of the tour and that they only sell packages to capture customers. so we canceled all tour reservations with them, but still after months of waiting they ruined our day! never book with them!!

Well managed tour driver came on time very polite just I complain that the guide/ driver was not with us all the time and we had to search the program venues on own which was very difficult as we were having small kid with us...on request later he joined us....rest all good

Great sightseeing and easy communication. The prices were reasonable. Couldn't ask for more.

Pumping mountain road drive with worn out souvenir shops. excellent elephant feeding. really really bad lunch. it was very hard to understand what the guide speaks in English.

Lots of time wasted at the Parasailing dock and we hardly got time at the beach. Your staff should designate an hour and not more. We were at the Parasailing dock for over 1.5 hrs.
