I will provide 0 star if I could. Nobody should use this platform.
Background:
• I purchased a 4-day group tour package for $662 per day (total $2,648).
• I was placed in a group tour with other travelers who paid significantly lower rates, including $157/day, $200/day, and $300/day.
• These travelers received the exact same hotel accommodations, meals, transportation, and service itinerary as I did.
I understand that prices may vary; however, the extreme discrepancy (up to 76%) between what I paid and what others paid for identical services is not reasonable or justified. There was no value-added benefit to justify the overcharge. This situation constitutes an unjustified overbilling, not merely dissatisfaction with pricing.
I have made every effort to resolve this matter with the tour company, but my concerns were disregarded, and my ability to leave an honest review was blocked.

The tour guide was inexperienced and his guidance was illogical and confusing. He aggressively pushed optional paid activities, treating those who spent extra with favour while being dismissive or rude to those who didn’t. The hotel room was extremely cramped. Additionally, toursforfun.com invited me to review my experience, but eventually hid my 2 start review.

We been to this 2 days Washington DC trip with the family of 6 from England. Parents+ 4 children age 7,8,11 and 13. There are plenty of hidden charges out there, with the tour guide said they are all compulsory to pay extra!! As a British bringing, we never asked to pay hidden charges which deems compulsory, as this is not legally requirement and is not polite to presume these all are compulsory. This is never our culture!

We paid for the bus fairs + the overnight staying at the hotel. When we on the bus, we got asked to pay the fees for the attraction we are visit which show on the leaflet, first we thought these are the entrance fees, it total add up to nearly $540 extra to visit 5 main attraction! Finally we chosen 4 places and missed out the capital building which cost £49.50 per person ($300). So we paid $240 for other 4 places!! However, this was not the entrance fare!! Got told from the tour guide Anderson the extra are for his wages!! We got force to get off the bus to somewhere off the road because we do not pay for capital building additional wages to the tour guide Anderson!! I heard he said to other women who asked can she just stay outside or in the bus because she is old, he replied “No”, this is his policy, she need to get off!! So we pay for the trips but we did not pay for the attraction places we visit??? What is big scam!! I don’t think this represents America people policy though!!

During the return journey, we got force to pay $12 per person per day because we occupied the bus seats, so this add up $144 extra to our family with 4 children!! I asked is this a compulsory, he replied yes, this is minimum you can pay extra but not less and is compulsory because you occupied the seats for 2 days!! So the bus fare we paid for is not included the seat apparently!! The worst to come is during the return journey, one of my child is desperate for toilet so badly, Anderson said the toilet only for people with medical conditions, my child have to hold his wee!! What a lazy and the worst experience, take service charge with seats and can’t be asked to let the small person use the toilet!!

Never book the trip with this company, it will ruin the image of the America people!! Just wonder, why we need to pay for a trip which let you feel cheated and let down!

To be honest, I wish I never had booked this trip. I don’t bear to leave my children have the bad memories of the America trip, I don’t think this is this represent Americans!

I would not recommend this tour agent, and their similar other web pages. Never again!!

This is the worst tour that has started having terrible experience even before we embarked on tour. We reserved the tour and flight after talking to their agent. They confirmed everything. Closer to the date when we are calling , their customer service agents are driving us crazy. Every agent we talk to tells us that tour is ending in a different location. We already booked return flights after talking to them. Every agent we talk to is asking us to book new tickets from a different city. There is no one available to share any information and they mentioned no supervisor also available in US business hours to answer our questions.

If I could give zero star to this company, I would. I have booked my reservation for a 4-Day tour to New York. They then sent me an email asking for a credit card and my ID clarification. I took pictures of my credit card and ID both front and back and submitted to them, they received them and confirmed that everything looks great. But the next thing you know is that they sent me an email saying that my reservation has failed. I was so upset and called customer service right away, they told me that the reservation was fully booked and had suggested an alternative for the other day but that other day only has one seat available which is why the customer service personnel had to contact their upper management for confirmation and had put me on hold for freaking two hours. While I was waiting, I received an E-ticket confirmation for my previous booking that they said it has been canceled. Long story short, at the end of the day I didn't go on that tour and decided to cancel my booking and asked for a refund. Be aware that this is a non-refundable policy so what I had paid for was completely wasted. Everything was so messed up and confusing. Please avoid this company if you don't want this nightmare.

We took an one day tour with Eva today 9/16. The tour was very well organized and perfectly on time. Eva was very friendly and always gave warm smiles. Definitely one of the most fun trip today for us.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked on their website before 1 month and also provided my payment details. They sent emails that they are processing my request. After my written confirmation through emails, they never confirmed our reservation. We called them multiple times and explained them that we are coming from other states to have entelope canyon tours, but they never considered it. They even suggested the past date to confirm, insain! We were so flexible for any time during two days ,when we were in Page. But they did not confirm any time at all. It felt like they don't want to book our reservation at all and want to serve only some specific people. We did not get booking at any other agency at the last moment. And antelope canyon is something we can not go on our own. After travelling so far and planning in so advance, we faced all these. This company is really really bad. I doubt their genuineness because they took my card details and never confirmed. 3 times they sent an email that they are processing that time for us but never confirmed after that. They will send another email saying, "

This is not a good experience. We ordered 11 days tour. The company mixed us up with a day tour group twice. They had to pick us up from a different hotel, which is pretty far. The day tour group people were angry at us. It was unfair to us. We didn’t choose this way. I wonder if the company cares about their customers or just $$? The first day tour, the guide was late for more than one hour without informing anyone.

I just came home from tour three days New Hampshire White Mountain, it is very good tour and very beautiful to watched. Our tour guy Jake Yang and the driver Marty were a good tour guy and driver , they took care us like family

This is the worst travel experience I have ever had in my entire life! First, the bus was late and we called the emergency contact number no one ever answered. Then we paid for the night tour of Vegas was almost drown by the crowds and almost get lost a few times also the same time we could see other tour guides from other company have flag to lead their members as our tour guide lady just show us either this is her first time to do this job or she just doesn’t freaking care ! And the worst part is we have to wait for more than 30mins for something we didn’t sign up for so we could get back to hotel and rest. Oh yeah another rediculous part is the hotel doesn’t provide hot water in the room ! What kind of 4 star hotel is it ??

If you have money to throwaway, you are at the right address. After I bought ticket from this website for victoria tour, I got an callelation e-mail and a call. Then I paid extra money and bought a new one. When I wanted refund of my money, they said they cancelled a one which I did not buy. So, when you live a problem with them, they are not kind, helpful and respectful. They also did not answer to my e-mails. and, on phone they just say the same things what they just memorize. They said, they will turn me back about this problem but they did not. Also, I did not get any confirmation email for my trip. You have to call them and ask for the departure time and place. They really have a big coordination problem and not doing their job good. No one without getting cancellation e-mail buys the same tickets for the same day same trip. Also the tour guide always said, "if you don't come on time, ı have to leave you." Listening the same warning all day is really disturbing. Also we always leave the places very early, it was not enough and 2 times we waited almost 30 minutes inside of the bus. I visit many places and always use tours companies, definitely this is the worst one.
