Ordered navy blue towels and was sent Teal. Tried Email no response ,telephone not working, then tried the customer form on the website still no response. Very poor will not be using again

Do not buy this rubbish
Purchased 2 extra super jumbo bath sheets advertised as premium quality yarn luxury towels .
Appalling quality , thin cheap rubbish ! Complete scam and wholesale false advertising . Do Not purchase from this supplier , atrocious customer service and worst quality of towels ever experienced and I've had many years in hospitality industry so i know what quality does look like . As a company you should be ashamed of taking peoples money for this tat . Shame on you !!!!

Not what I ordered
I purchased two sets of 800gsm cream towels from Towelsbay. As I did not receive an order confirmation, I had to contact them. Unfortunately, their responses were brief and not very engaging. Also, initially they provided me with an incorrect tracking code, which was rectified after I asked again.
Upon receiving the order, I discovered that the towels did not match what I had ordered. While they are of decent quality, they are certainly not 800gsm as advertised, more likely falling in the range of 550/600gsm. Additionally, they are yellow in color rather than cream.
Despite the inconvenience, I decided not to return the towels as I already washed them, and I believe the process would be too cumbersome. However, I am disappointed with the discrepancy between the product received and what was advertised. As a result, I do not plan to make any future purchases from Towelsbay.

Haven't received my towels although delivery has apparently been made (not to my address) & getting no reply from messages,emails or phone calls. Will be reporting them & attempting to get my money back.

Really good quality budget towels
