This was the first delivery using Track-Pod and I have been very impressed with the overall service. I was given a delivery time window the day before and a more accurate time on the day. The two delivery guys were excellent. Professional, and helpful. Not only delivering to the site, but carrying the heavy timber to my desired location. All in all a very good experience.

We've been using Track-POD for almost 2 years now. It's a vital part of our business process and works on a day to day basis to manage a fleet of Cargo Bikes and electric vehicles for zero emissions urban delivery across the city in Newcastle-Upon Tyne.

The app has developed over the time we have been using it and the support we have received on the very few wrinkles we've experienced has been very fast and effective.

We use trackpod to plan, track and deliver around 800 orders per day. The drag and drop planning and clear overview of the shipments is very easy to use. Customers can track their shipments and our customer service is relieved with questions about shipment status. POD is customized to our needs, including photos and GPS location of delivery. Trackpod and Newland supported us in creating complete new scanning functionality.

Trackpod support responds quickly and clear on all our questions and requests that we have and made our implementation process very easy and quick. Almost every week new and improved functionality is added to the software. We are very satisfied with Trackpod
