This is are second purchase S5 with are 1st one the phone APP wasn’t tracking on the phone But it was being tracked on the office system but now it’s very good you just tap your phone and it updated straight away not cheap but it’s a big peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is being tracked, would highly recommend this product especially if you got a valuable vehicle

I talked with Helen about registering my Trackstar, there were several problems but Helen persevered over 2 days to come up with a solution. She was also very patient and treated me with the utmost respect.

I was not told about how to activate the item even though I spoke to someone on the phone. she just directed me to the website. Not all of us are IT savy!

My tracker was simple to set up and worked very well in my BMW. On the odd occasion I forgot the disc, I was called quickly to check the car was in my possession. Great peace of mind.
