I wish I could give 0 stars. I paid for my account and can't access the trading platform I contacted the support email and got no response. I've been requesting my refund for the past 24hrs now and still no response. Customer service is non existent

Update* still no response from support. They sent me an email telling me my account is about to breach due to inactivity smh fix the platform and I'll take a trade but their customer service sucks!

Found them online recently and decided to try them. New firm so was really nervous
Passed the 50k core challenge on 3rd try. Managed to take advantage of gold volatility last few days funded and requested the $1200 payout.

Wasn’t sure if I’d get it but they paid in a couple of hours which was kinda great. The ceo also chatted to me on discord and helped with the process. Looking to scale up with them

I literally have a screen recording of the CEO (Zain) kicking traders out of the Discord for inquiring about payouts they are owed. This is not the firm to go with. They tampered with traders dashboard and never notified us they were making changes to their platform. Customer service is TRASH! Basically non existent! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS FIRM! File a complaint against them with SEC and CFTC! Stop letting these scam firms continue to play with us!

The CEO is very much so doing bad business. I was eligible for my payout and couldn’t even request it because they tampered with my dashboard. I’ve reached out to support and Zain (the CEO) via emails and tickets through Discord and no response. They took it upon themselves to switch me to a “live” account which I decided to go ahead and blow as of today because of not hearing back from anyone in regard to being able to request my payout. I will be proceeding with filing my reparations claim with the CFTC. I recommend any trader who has been scammed by any prop firm to do this. First, file a claims/tip report with the SEC and the CFTC. It will start an investigation with the prop firm. I’ve also contacted my state’s attorney general and given assistance on obtaining an attorney to help with the court hearing with my reparations claim. Once the judge has granted my severance, Trade Futures Now will have 45 days to pay me what I’m owed or their license will be revoked until the balance is paid. They have really proven themselves to be scammers. They even kicked members out the Discord because of inquiring about payouts they are owed. I truly hope this prop firm goes out of business. It’s prop firm like this that really give trading a bad rep. Save your money and put it in a live account. Leave these prop firms alone honestly.

they reject payouts, give fake promises and hopes to traders then kick them from discord and block them from everywhere. ZAIN ceo is the biggest scammer.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Lack of Transparency

I had a very disappointing experience with TradeFuturesNow.

I passed their evaluation and submitted a payout request in good faith. Instead of receiving clear communication, my payout was placed “under review” without any proper explanation.

Soon after, I was removed from their Discord community and could no longer access support channels. Despite asking for clarity, I was never given a specific rule violation or written reason for why my payout was being delayed or refused.

When concerns were shared publicly, communication stopped completely and accounts were blocked instead of being addressed professionally.

This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about transparency and reliability. Traders should be cautious and understand that even after passing, payouts are not guaranteed and communication can suddenly end.

I personally would recommend sticking to established prop firms with a longer and more trusted track record. The CEO name was ZAIN and he is a clever scammer. Please do not invest in this firm and be cautious I would prefer TopStep, Apex, Alpha, Tradeify. Rather than these scam dubai based firms

Do not buy they locking accts and kicking u out the discord cause u speak the truth they will pay u a few xs and keep rest if ur profits customer support sucks SSA u don't get clear answers do not spend ur money u better if going to a different furm

Customer Support and the CEO Zain, have been ignoring traders here lately when it comes to getting their payouts. This includes traders who have received payouts once or twice before. I’ve always heard to be careful with prop firms based in Dubai. I’d recommend to stick with US based prop firms only.

I am using TFN since 2 month and I got my first payout from TFN & also first future firm. I can't express my happiness and love towards to TFN.
This was the giveaway account where I got payout, this is shows a firm's potential. Go for it and give a chance you will love it.

Such a SCAM company. I contacted them to cancel my account, and they keep re-charged me twice. The first time it took so long that my account was breached due to inactivity. And i thought they should have canceled my account, but they was re-charged me one month later.

Great firm best thing is CEO is active in discord abd take serious note about the feedback we give and help whenever needed keep the good work going.

The rules are straightforward and nothing extra behind the scenes. Very great starter for new traders to learn the process. And the CEO is very interactive! All of that means a lot to a new trader which increases retention.

I am very frustrated with my recent evaluation. Despite passing, I received feedback that 50% of my trades were categorized as microscalp, which seems overly strict for this stage. I was offered the option to reset and start over, but honestly, it feels unfair. Fortunately, I only spent $47, but I don’t think I’ll be trading with this company again. They come off as quite untrustworthy.They are SHADY and SCAM !!!!!

So earlier I wrote a review about this company and I was being unbiased now I’m highly upset today. I checked my email and I got an email from them saying that my evaluation was ready and it gave me new login information for an evaluation that I did not pay for they charge my account $114 on Thanksgiving and I didn’t even visit their website on Thanksgiving. This company stole $114 from me on a holiday. I had so much hope for this company than they do this. I say avoid them and if you do have an account with them, make sure you’re checking your bank account and your emails they will purchase trading accounts for you when you didn’t even purchase them. I still have my active funded account that I only pay $29 for why would I pay $114 for a brand new evaluation that wouldn’t make any sense I had to call my bank and dispute this transaction. This is the worst time of year to be doing this that money was for my kids Christmas gifts now I have to wait for the money to be returned and I have to get a new debit card. All trust for this company has gone out the window.

Trade Futures Now is a great company. I was searching for a new prop firm and found TFN. It set itself apart from others with a personal touch that makes you feel like it's a real company that cares about your success.

I came across TradeFuturesNow at the Forex Expo in Dubai and started following them on Instagram. They were running a $29 deal for a $50K account, which honestly caught my attention. Took a small amount from my payout, bought the account, passed it the same day, and got funded within two days. The whole KYC and contract process was quick and smooth.

Their support team is excellent fast responses, open to feedback, and actually willing to make improvements based on suggestions. Zain, the CEO, is one of the most honest and helpful people I’ve spoken to in this space.

Overall, great experience so far. Feels good to be part of something promising they’re building in the futures trading world.
