Original email enquiry to Tradelink Gympie store went unanswered. Ended up ordering on line thru Noosa store. Product arrived promptly for collection but when i went to collect no one around in dispath and had to wait for 30mins for someone to appear. I would rather go elsewhere in future.

Miscommunication
I don’t know how long I waited. I rang and was told just to wait. I rang a month later and was told the part I ordered was no longer available. I then received my order roughly two days later

The sales person at the Ballarat store went out of his way to source a sink we needed at the last minute for our build. I admit to some Karen style frustration aimed at the world at large and he diplomatically ignored my grumpiness and looked after us so well.
