I had an ongoing issue that had escalated and was in danger of becoming a real issue. TM were really receptive recently and made a sound addition to the team in Robyn.
Robyn thoroughly reviewed the issue and brought about a swift resolution.
Robyn was receptive, compassionate and maintained a positive methodic business focused outlook throughout.
Listening carefully and taking full ownership with clear communication dates Robyn took the sting out of it all.

I really enjoyed the morning session held by Tony. Great info and ideas. I was unaware that they were going to try to sell me a 12 month or 36 month training course costing many thousands of pounds. Im sure there is great value to many businesses that take up the offer and, going by some of the feedback from candidates on the course they really like it.

Once joined, I had the usual wobble that I'm sure most business owners have, I was reassured by the staff who are always available to advise and the service I've received has been excellent. A few months in I have digested and implemented just some of the teachings, I'm seeing a shift into acquiring better suited clients, a surge in confidence when engaging with my staff, my trades and clients alike, and my last two monthly figures have been increased 4 and 5 times the year before, after a very poor year previously. If I have a question, it has been answered, the Whattsapp chat has been invaluable and business has been passed between us, there's so much to learn and I feel as if I have been filling the gaps in my foundations that have been missing. It's worth the investment as long as you implement and engage.
