By recently adding TopStep X to their broker list this is now my forever trade journaling software. The company is responsive and always trying to make its product better. Tradersync has been a game-changer in my trading. Thanks for making me consistently profitable.

I just started my day trading journey and had been looking for an easy way to capture my trading approach, thoughts, and outcomes in an easy to use tool.

I had been researching several options when I stumbled upon Tradersync. I like tradersync because it has everything I need in an organized place - from the ability to automatically import trades from my exchange all the way to automatically capturing the chart showing my trade that was taken.

After running analysis on my trades, I can easily see my mistakes and tweak them to be a better trader.

I would highly recommend this tool to all traders.

Excellent for day traders. Syncing will occasionally stop working and it can be a pain to reset up or troubleshoot. But other than that really good product.

Using tradersync over a year now. The platform is amazing and has elevated my trading to a highly professional level. The support has always been quick and helpful. I highly recommend this to any trader wanting to get serious

- Data is not represented correctly.

- API calls don't sync correctly. Often trades aren't even picked up.

- Many trades show as open so you manually need to enter a counter-trade to "close" it.

- The broker synchronization often gets stuck and keeps loading, and doesn't allow you to sync your account.

- The server is extremely slow.

- The AI tool isn't really giving you anything extra. It simply just sums up a few trends based on previous trades. Nothing a simple Excel sheet couldn't do for you.

- Generally, bugs are all over the place.

- And yes, I've already tried removing all my data and reconnecting API's to try and "reset" my account and experience.

The frontend looks good, but please don't let that fool you. The backend is still lacking severely.

I hope all of the above will be fixed so I can enjoy the remainder of my subscription.

I'm a big fan of TraderSync. It's helped me better understand my edge and, more importantly, how to avoid trades that consistently lose money. I use ThinkorSwim and love how easy it is to upload my trades. Plus, customer support is quick and efficient when I've had issues (mostly my own doing!).

Very bad support, no help at all. Also takes them days to reply. Very expensive journal but once you add data timing dates profit everything is wrong. I have checked other 1 star reviews and they say the same for this company. They do not move a muscle to help you work it out. Paid yearly membership but it was a big mistake. Stay away.
The owner responded on this review but do not be fooled, they still dont do anything if you have a problem, they respond on emails every 2-3 days and basically say it is what it is.

Great service across board! They even have auto sync with your trade and analysis your performance day by day!

Great product! It is amazing to be able to filter trades by tags that you can create. Nice and clean design as well.

Great tool for monitoring trading performance. One of the best features is the Broker syncronization which saves time and extra steps instead of exporting/importing trades manually. Additionally with the Elite plan you can replay your trades for the day or any other symbol.

The service team is pretty quick with responses which made a difference for me. The no credit card 7 day trail made a difference too. I'm not just giving out my info. They save my trading data, the platform's easy to use, and has helped me go from not knowing why I was losing to having the data and isights to change my behavior. I have nearly broke even on my Freshman year loses. this tool helped, for that reason I signed up for another year of the service.
