The bigger issue though is ACATing out. I ACHed in funds and my exit failed 2xs. First, the said they need to hold those newer funds to 60 days for AML - yet when I tried again to partial transfer out my funds (minus the new funds) it failed because they want a buffer for cash. They have since changed their story on how much money they want to hold.
Several calls to their secret institutional investor relation line (thanks AI), and several failed call backs - they are still holding my funds, stocks, and money hostage.
