I am so disappointed.
I purchased the complete body safety program. I immediately revived an emailed receipt and nothing else. I checked spam folders, checked the information and have seen zero on how to access the information I purchased. No access code, no link, no attachments to print, nothing. I reached out on FB messenger; nothing. I sent an email via their website using the “contact us” form; nothing!! Do not waste your money. It’s a scam for sure.

Advertising is very misleading with this product. In the description prior to purchasing, it shows parents holding the actual cards they use for the system. After I purchased it for $40, I was only given online links for the system. I contacted customer support and was informed that the system is online-only. She told me most parents print out the cards and laminate them themselves. I said we wouldn't be doing that as we don't have a printer/laminator, and I asked for the refund. They claim to have a 30-day money back guarantee. This company is refusing to refund my money, and is instead forcing me to wait 14 days to ensure the product gets a fair chance to be used... even after I explained to them that I won't be using it. My mind isn't going to change in 14 days. This whole business feels like a scam. We are very disappointed, and will be educating our circle on the horrible experience we've had with this company.

For the physical cards, you’ll be paying a total of $80. Not $30, or $50 (like I thought it would be) but added together. $80.
Then expect to wait at least double the time they say they’ll take. It’s been 20 days since I’ve ordered and I still haven’t received them.
You’ll also be overloaded with emails. They need to edit and cut back.
I love this idea and am AAAALLLL for helping my girl with her emotional development, but I wish I would have gone with a different company or purchased a few books instead.

NOT REAL CARDS!!!
Just purchased the set of “tricky touch” “CARDS” for $39, plus the “caregiver add-on”, and was given a digital download instead of the real cards pictured! Not okay!

I am reviewing the Comeback Deck and the Big Feelings Deck, as well as my experience with the company.

I was very kindly given a pack of Big Feelings cards through the company's Calm Access (you can apply if you are a single parent and/or on a low income and they send you a pack for free). I applied and didn't think I would hear anything else about it, but after a few weeks I received a pack in the post. I already have the Comeback Deck which was a gift from a family member so I knew the Big Feelings Deck would be useful. I love both of them. My child has really big feelings and a very low frustration tolerance. The cards work best (for us) just BEFORE a big meltdown because once my daughter is too far gone, she won't respond to anything. My daughter also loves looking at the cards when she is calm so hopefully she will learn coping skills and can then gradually or subconsciously put the skills into practice when she's too far gone and unable to respond rationally.

As for the company, I have only positive things to say about them as they are quick to respond to any queries and always provide a personable response.

I ended up taking back my purchase, as I read more into this being a potential scam. Plus, while I was delivered a product, it did not work with my children's temperaments.

Despite my misgivings, I was happy to find that customer service was prompt. They were kind and responded to my requests, so that end seems legit and I would consider it still an overall positive experience.

Update...pleased to say all has been sorted after providing more details of invoice number via Trip Advisor and this is not a scam. I have now received my digital deck! Great cards. Thankyou

I received great and helpful support in purchasing the digital deck, but sadly have had no order confirmation nor details of how to access my digital product payed for on March 13th. I have emailed the support contact twice now sharing my concerns and have received no reply. I love the idea of this product and so looking forward to receiving it. Can Trailies please get back to me.

The item was received and it is as described

Ordered 1/16/2026. It has now been almost 2 months and I have yet to receive my cards. 1st shipment got lost in mail from China. 2nd shipment shows delivered to a parcel locker? I live in a residential house. I have spent countless hours communicating and wasting my time emailing back and forth regarding this issue. They claim its on me to fix the issue with the post office. They refuse to refund me for 2 lost packages, even though they have both a 30 day and 90 day satisfaction guarantee.
I WOULD NOT recommend them. Terrible customer service and they send you spamming emails literally the day of purchase.

I haven’t received any cards in the mail. It seems that your business is only online. I don’t do online. Very disappointing. I wasted $29.99.

My wife wanted to buy these cards and was charged without realising the purchase has been completed and then was charged twice.

We have contacted the company for a refund and await their response.

We have received four emails since they have charged us, about 15 minutes ago.

If this isn’t a scam then they are just highly incompetent.

Overall the cards are high quality, well thought out, and have the ability to be a long term staple in our household. I am impressed with the quality and content of the cards.

There was a significant shipping delay, it wasn’t clearly communicated, that was off putting. After putting a review here on TrustPilot Trailies and I communicated, they explained that their US warehouse needed to restock so they sent my order from the Singapore warehouse. Had I been told that there was an order delay I would be a completely satisfied customer. The customer service agents I emailed with were polite and understanding, they provided the information I wish I had upfront.

As far as the product, the big feelings cards are fantastic. They have fun, inviting, non-reading friendly drawings for children too young to read. They include a parent side that includes how to ground yourself in the same time, as well as a “why it works” for each skill. They are for a range of emotions, happy, overwhelmed, frustrated, sad, worried, and angry. Some of the skills overlap, but the point is that theres probably one your child will resonate with, and if that one skill is practiced it’s better than not learned at all.

My daughter and I are really loving these cards. It's nice to have a resource to go to quickly when we are having a meltdown or an overhaul of emotions. We tired a few of the cards that show in their ad, and she loved it so much that we bought the whole deck. It's something that is not only helpful, but also fun for her as well. It gives her something to focus on while she is working through those meltdowns. She asks for them herself, and wants to practice them too. I love that it also has a side for the adult, because we'd all be lying if we said we didn't have our own meltdown during those outbursts.

The guide gives us something tangible to work with, lift a teddy while you breath helps ops then chest cavity to a place where we can breath deep

I use these in my preschool to help kiddos develop coping skills. We have a lot of fun practicing them when everyone is feeling good, and it has been awesome to see them start to use some of these skills when they are struggling with big feelings!

I love the physical card deck- it is fun for my almost 4 year old and while we are still struggling to use them in the moment of big feelings, he does like looking at them when he's calm and will sometimes opt to use a strategy when he is mid to mildly upset. My only complaints were that the physical card deck was $50, which is A LOT for cards. It also somehow signed me up for a digital membership to some SEL stories and I don't remember consenting to that. I unsubsribed from a membership before the free trial ended but it felt a bit tricky and I easily could have missed that I was being charged monthly.

Within the first week, my 5 year-old was asking to use the cards, "they made me feel better!". Definitely recommend!

Being able to name big feelings has made all the difference in those trying moments. Using our bodies to process the emotional waves comes naturally now. Outbursts are shorter. Resolve comes sooner. Intensity becomes regulation. This shift has been a real game-changer, bringing joy & peace back to our household after many years of chaos. Thank you Trailies team! This company truly cares for mothers and children, and it shows.

I purchased what I thought was a physical set of 54 emotion cards, but the product I received was a digital version instead. This was misleading and disappointing.
Trying to get a refund has been frustrating. The company insists that you must use the digital product for 14 continuous days and receive parenting guidance before they will even consider a refund. This is not what their advertised 30-day satisfaction guarantee suggests, and it feels like a way to make it difficult to get your money back.
I had to go through my credit card company to try to recover my funds. I do not feel that the company honors their satisfaction guarantee in good faith.
I in the end agreed to have the physical pack of cards sent to me after I sent a screenshot of the advert stating - If you look at the screenshot included in this email, you’ll see that I was purchasing the deck of cards that were in limited supply at the listed price, with the digital download included.
The word “included” means the digital download was part of the deck of cards purchase - not a separate item or an additional charge. This was after I received the following - We will of course fully cooperate should your card provider contact us, and we will provide confirmation that the digital product was delivered as purchased and that our policy has been communicated transparently.
After much emailing back and fourth and evidence of their marketing, the company finally acknowledged that I had indeed paid for the physical deck of cards and have sent them to me - the cards I have to say are well made and very good
