Great product which works really well, but please can you update your GitHub register of station names, a new one opened last year in Beaulieu Park (BPA) but I cannot set up my departure board for it as it is not in the list.

The units disconnects regularly and if you try and get support there is none

Device does not connect to home WiFi reliably, getting an API key was a lottery, and lacks any technical support. Avoid.

Bought this for my nephew for Christmas, have tried every morning to get an API code, still not working. I wish I looked at the Trust Pilot first as this is basically a scam with no easy way of contacting them.

Unable to obtain an API token from National Rail which is essential for this device to work. I suspect the delivery method for obtaining one on these has changed and the information on train departures.com website is inaccurate. The customer service has been nonexistent so I can’t use the product at all and there is no adequate returns information. I will update this review should I ever be able to use this product but currently very frustrated and feeling like it is a complete con

Managed to set it up ok, but generally a poor value product. It shows departure times most of the time but randomly shows nothing, and the 'calling at' information is hit or miss and always incomplete. Really limited on features and customer support is like raising the dead. Simply don't answer any messages. And good luck to anyone asking for their money back. Don't waste your money on this and don't take any notice of the false positive reviews. UK departure boards sells a vastly superior product although a bit more money, but in the end you get what you paid for.

I have sent several emails to this company with a question I needed an answer to on on 12th July which I chased up on 29th July and again on 11th August, 27th August and 6th September (and also a letter by post on 8th October) and STILL I have NOT received the courtesy of a reply to ANY of these. Customer "service" is appalling!

Genuinely cool product if you either love trains or having awesome tech! Highly recommend this to all enthusiasts!

Brilliant bit of kit
Bought 2 one for me, one for my friend. Then went on to buy a massive one from another site. Difficult to set up. Walked away then came back an hour later, persevering and got it working. Mate loved his.

Thought I check this item as I love gadgets. Poor quality opened it up even worse inside have to say looks very home made by someone with little experience. Really £1.00 is to much for it. Gave it my mate he threw insides out and built his own for £15 so where £90 odd is coming from I have no idea. Have to say they have nice house in Barnt Green though so maybe it's paying for that.

At last my display is working. It was not the fault of Train departures but the responses from National rail went into my junk box. Train Departures were helpful in that they were prepared to refund.
My early emails went into their spam folder so hence no reply

Before I complain about this outfit. I’ve got through the initial setup. However used the link for an API code nothing back from Network Rail. So until that happens item is useless.
The setup video is rubbish as the API token was clearly installed prior to set up.
No instructions were supplied with the unit. I certainly wouldn’t buy from here again. They don’t respond to emails for help!😡

Poor, explanatory video to set up had no sound, pathetic. No contact details on the web page and ultimately took ages to set up and then continually reverted back to set up mode, don't touch with a barge pole, end of.

Difficult to set up, zero support from the organisation. Goes back to set up mode every time you plug it in. Avoid at all costs
