Support not suitable for me
Thank you for the admin team for answering my queries promptly and being so helpful before and during the course
Also, the tutor provided useful explanations to guide the understanding of the topics.
However, unfortunately, I have decided to study other levels with another provider because:
1. Support was not provided during weekends - Terribly, all mock assessments had to be unlocked manually by the tutor. I did not notice it before taking the course. I felt that I wasted too much time waiting. Actually, I took an exam before finally getting an access to the mock!
2. Better textbook design was expected (after comparing it to two other providers)

We are focused on making sure that as many students as possible complete the course, pass their exams, and gain their qualifications.
As part of our tutor support, we keep a close eye on student progress so that students take the mock exams and the actual exams when they are ready to do so.
You could always get in touch with the tutor before the weekend and ask them to open the mock assessment ready for you. We would not recommend booking a final exam before completing a mock exam.

ICB Level 2
I highly recommend Training Link to start your journey if you are thinking of becoming a bookkeeper.
I love the fact of being able to study at a time that suits me and not at a time when a class is sitting. I also love the fact that the exams are at home and at your convenience.
The tutors are very friendly, are always very quick to answer any questions and are also very encouraging.
On top of that, the course material is excellent in helping you learn the concepts of bookkeeping.

Passed first exam with 100% thanks to TL
Recently completed my first ICB level 2 exam and passed with 100% thanks to Training Link tutors and resources. Made everything so nice, easy and simple for someone studying along side work. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick self study pass or even someone who would need a little extra support from tutors, they're always quick to respond and very helpful with explaining topics!

Very good training provider
I did a lot of research on training providers before choosing Training Link to start my AAT course. I am glad I did and very happy with my choice. The course work and textbooks have been very good, well structured and would recommend to anyone. I have recently completed my AAT level 2 with a distinction. I am now about to do my second exam on level 3. Although the course is reasonably priced, new students need to be aware they need to pay exam fees on top of that, but overall very good and highly recommended.

Training Link Level 2 Experience
Tutors always quick to respond and are helpful. Textbooks are clear and easy to understand; I completed level 2 with a Distinction as a result.
The price is quite expensive when you consider the tangible items you actually receive.

When looking at the cost of our courses, we prefer to focus on what makes the biggest impact to our students; our books and the many online resources that are available.
Does this translate to tangible results? We like to think so 😁
Take our AAT results as an example. Our 2021 results were: -
Level 2 – 93.4%
Level 3 – 93.4%
Level 4 – 84.3%
When you consider the years of experience and knowledge that goes in to our books, and how that transfers over to our online content, we feel our fees are very reasonable.

Just completed my training with Training Link, the tutors were very helpful and supportive throughout the course. Some of the coursework materials seem a little outdated with some of the links to additional learning website pages that were no longer working but other than that everything else was great.

Firstly, we would like to congratulate you for completing your AAT Level 2 & 3 qualification!
Whenever a third party (like the AAT) update their site, the links no longer work. As soon as this happens, we update our materials to reflect this change, but there are occasions where it can take some weeks before we are notified of these changes.
I can confirm that since you received your materials, these links have been updated and now work as they should.
Great course
I have just passed the Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping course. Each chapter is set out with activity's which help you to better understand the information you have just read. There are also practice tests/video's on the study page that I found useful. The tutor support is always there when needed. I have really enjoyed the course.

Fantastic course material, supportive and highly responsive Tutors
Without exception, choosing Training Link has been the best decision to progress through my Bookkeeping qualification.
Having focused on raising a young family for a number of years, I was daunted by the thought of study and examinations.

1st class training company
This training company has made learning very easy. The guidance given through your own tutor, along with the books provided make studying for the qualification very simple and straightforward. The tutor responds very quickly to any question you might have and gives guidance when going through the assessments. They never have anything negative to say but provide good positive feedback which really helps support what you are doing.

AAT level 2 accounting course
Doing my AAT level 2 accounting course, and so far training link have been fab, easy to use website that has all course material and was sent hard copys as well, also have received good tutor support. definitely recommend them if you are thinking of doing home learning.
