This is my first time using Train en Egypte, and I am not disappointed! First of all, the responsiveness of their customer service—specifically James, who is both friendly and efficient—instills real confidence. It is rare to find a platform so committed to excellent customer service, truly listening to the client and eager to find solutions. After I realized I had made a mistake with the date before the tickets were issued, they agreed to change my booking! A huge thank you, as that error could have jeopardized my trip! I highly recommend them.

Excellent taking care of my booking receival

James was absolutely brilliant. I booked tickets for four people, including my husband, my two daughters, and myself. Unfortunately, the website did not seem to offer an option to book all four of us together, so I ended up making two separate bookings of two people each.

I was worried that my daughters might be placed in a carriage far away from us. However, James noticed that we were travelling together and kindly emailed me to ask if I would like all four bookings arranged together. This completely took me by surprise and showed exceptional attention to detail and customer care. I am extremely grateful for his help.
