Fraud

Fraud. From the creators of EuropeByTaxi and EuropeTaxiCab — identical website (only the logo has changed), same method and same scam. Their bait is aggressive Google advertising and extremely cheap prices. They cancel the service shortly before pickup and buy time by telling you that your refund will arrive within several days. To make it look legitimate, they fill their profile with fake reviews, but the website itself is newly created. Once they have exhausted the scam, they shut the website down and open a new one under a different name.

Used this for an early morning airport…

Used this for an early morning airport transfer and was a bit nervous about the timing. No need to worry.pickup was right on schedule, the car was comfortable, and I made my flight with plenty of time to spare. Exactly what you want from a transfer service.

Scammers

Scammers. The same people behind EuropeByTaxi and EuropeTaxiCab. Their modus operandi is always the same: newly created websites with no history, extremely low prices, payment required in advance, and then the service gets cancelled just a few hours beforehand. Obviously, they never refund the money. The same scam repeated a hundred times.
Edit: No, you do not have any verifiable fiscal or legal information. Your website has only existed for a few days, and there is absolutely no way to trace any reliable legal details about your company. Your only activity is illegally keeping people’s money. I am going to expose your unlawful practices on every platform possible. Pirates.

We have to correct this review, because it is inaccurate.

We are not connected in any way to EuropeByTaxi or EuropeTaxiCab. Our company is fully registered, with a verifiable VAT number, operating license, and a documented history of completed transfers on independent platforms.

We cannot find any booking, payment or cancellation in our system that matches this complaint. If a real transaction exists, please write to us at hello@transferbycab.com with a booking reference and we will look into it straight away. Without any identifying detail we have no way to verify the claim.

Scam

We paid in advance but no one came to pick us up at the airport. No one answers our emails. This is a scam gang.

We are sorry to read this and we want to address it seriously, because the accusation does not reflect how we operate.

Every booking in our system is logged, and every email to hello@transferbycab.com is answered within a few hours. We cannot locate any reservation or message that matches this account. It is possible the booking was made with a different company, or that emails were sent to an address that is not ours.

Please write to hello@transferbycab.com with your booking reference, the pickup date, and the name on the reservation. If a transfer was paid and not delivered, we will refund it in full. We just need the details to verify what happened.
