Le pire : vous êtes débité avant que la course ait eu lieu. Aucun service rendu, mais le paiement est passé.

Passez par un autre prestataire. Regardez les avis avant de réserver, tout y est.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was fine.

The transfer from the hotel to the airport, not so much. We were on our way to Kos airport when the driver experienced overtaking by a family member. This left him angry and he spent the remainder of the journey using his phone making calls shouting and being angry. This was firstly not the environment I wanted my 3-year-old son to be in and secondly made me feel extremely unsafe as he was not concentrating on driving.

When we arrived at the airport the driver got our luggage out of the boot and left one case that my husband luckily spotted. After checking in I had realised I didn’t have my jacket, I called the driver who informed me it was in his boot.

He informed me he would post it to me. 5 weeks of contacting asking when he would post it, he messaged me today (05/08/26) to ask me to pay him 25 euro to send it!! When I explained this was frustrating, the driver sent me a very rude message 'tell your husband to give you some d*ck or a bigger d*ck'. Absolutely disgraceful.
I would like this to be escalated within the company and my jacket returned.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Transferz. My payment was successfully deducted from my credit card, yet I later received an email stating that the payment had failed and that my booking had been cancelled.

This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially when travel arrangements depend on confirmed bookings. Customers should not have to deal with cancelled bookings after payment has already been taken.

I hope Transferz improves its payment and booking systems to prevent this from happening to other customers.

I am utterly disgusted on the service I received upon arriving at the meeting point at Istanbul airport on 13 July. Upon reaching the meeting point, the person at meeting point, asked our names. I could see my first name but then he just said he is coming now and returned 10 -15 minutes later only to say that this is a big company and we should take up the fact that there is no driver with the company itself. He was more interested in his other group booking. What makes matters worse is that when we took it up with Transferz.com, support centre via email, they simply dismissed our complaint and said we should have gone to the Guest host at the meeting point and therefore will not refund us. Even though we explained that it was the Guest host at the meeting point who did not want to assist us. I showed them with photographs of the meeting point and the screenshots of the correspondence. Disgusting service and aftersales support. Would never use them again.

The absolute worse. The used family tours in Dom Republic. I travel frequently and this was by far the worse transportation company I have ever booked with. Drivers were rude. Forgot one of my bags in his car and told me I had to pay $50 for him to return it after I paid the driver $50 cash already because I was late and I had kids and couldn't be stranded at the airport. Driver cursed me out and until I threatened to go to the police was when he decided to bring my bag back, throw it at me and leave. I reached out to customer service and they did absolutely nothing about this besides say sorry for my experience. On my return trip back to the airport the driver purposely drove slow because I told him he could not go pick up someone else because I booked a private van and going to pick up someone takes away my time and i can potentially miss my flight. Also had a nasty attitude.

​I have used Transferz over 6 times, but recently discovered that all this time i was overcharged. There are hidden fees that were never disclosed prior to payment. To make matters worse, the invoice was provided in my local currency. If the transaction had been billed in a foreign currency, an exchange rate difference would be understandable. However, because it was in local currency, these extra charges are completely unjustified. As a global platform, it is your responsibility to be transparent about any additional fees upfront.
​Instead of taking accountability, customer service dragged the issue out for two weeks. They requested my bank statements, made me wait a full week, and then simply told me to "check with my bank," leaving the issue completely unresolved.
​This lack of transparency and total disregard for a returning customer is unacceptable. I am officially done with Transferz and strongly advise others to beware of their undisclosed charges and useless support.

I received a great and professional service from Antonios, who drove me from Oberhausen to Düsseldorf Airport.

They don’t show up! Let you book another taxi on your own expences. Lets see if I get a full refund as they told me

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Booked a transfer and cancelled shortly after, they only cancelled one leg of the trip and kept 50% of my money! Will be filing a credit card chargeback.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want any guarantees. They do not adjust times for flight delays. If your flight is running behind, they pocket the money that you paid upfront and tell you to book again. Avoid and use a service that tracks the flights.

I used tranzfers.com for my private transfers to my hotel and back to the airport on my trip to Benidorm it was called Cheaptransferbenidorm SL and I highly recommend two drivers way up and way back wore respectful, very accommodating, on time and over all such a good experience I will definitely recommend to use this company for anyone looking for private transportation when on holiday when you can. The driver on the way back to the airport was amazing and made the journey so enjoyable his name was Antonio. Service is amazing and I highly recommend.

We had the misfortune to use Transferz.com as part of a multi city holiday to Canada, booked through Barrhead Travel.

Our flight to Ottawa landed bang on time for a 15:00 pick up, but there was no communication from the driver nor was there a driver waiting in the arrivals. After trawling through my travel documents I found a contact number for Transferz.com and after contacting them via WhatsApp, they advised that the driver was moments away and provided his direct number. 20 minutes later still no sign of the driver, so at my own cost I had to phone him to find out where he was. 5 minutes away apparently. 20 minutes later, still no sign of him, so had to phone again, once more at my own cost. Definitely 5 minutes away this time. A further 25 minutes later the driver finally showed up at 16:35. A whopping 95 minutes late. No apology. The car was a filthy, clapped out old Honda and one of the rear seat belts didn't work.

Needless to say there is absolutely no chance I would use this company again, and having watched a many number of travellers being picked up by an Uber taxi during the time we waited, I would now use the same method of pick up at a fraction of the cost.

I Booked Transfers B.V On the 7/04/26 with the Holiday Extras App, booking ref KNZKYD.
They were supposed to pick me up at the melia calvia beach hotel at 11:15 so I got to the pick up point 15 minutes early, I waited till 12:15 and they didn't bother coming.
They told me they would be in touch 24 hours before my pick up time, they never, I had to get in touch with them myself, they didn't even email reception, and we had to arrange alternative transportation, incurring additional costs and more stress,
I submitted a formal complaint afterward and never received any response.
I would not recommend booking airport transfers with this company, especially if you have young children there a joke.

I had a very disappointing experience with an airport transfer booked through Booking.com.
We arranged a transfer from Rome Fiumicino Airport to our hotel for four passengers and provided all necessary details in advance, including our flight number to ensure proper coordination. Upon arrival, our driver contacted me via WhatsApp, and I kept him continuously informed about delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (remote aircraft parking and long baggage wait times).

Despite this ongoing communication, when we arrived at the meeting point just slightly over one hour after landing—only four minutes past the official waiting time—the driver had already left. He did not answer my call and later simply stated via WhatsApp that his waiting time had expired.

This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Leaving customers stranded after only a four-minute delay, especially when you are fully aware of the situation, shows a complete lack of customer service and flexibility.

As a result, we had to arrange alternative transportation at short notice, incurring additional costs and unnecessary stress after a long journey.

To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint afterward and never received any response.

I would not recommend booking airport transfers through this platform based on this experience.

Sadly I can't give them a zero. Prepaid for a pickup that never happened. I complained and my complaint was rejected as they showed evidence of the driver turning up four hours after my flight landed.

Joel pick us up at San Juan Airport. He had a sign and we saw him the minute we came off th escalator. He was efficient and we got our luggage and he parked very close to the exit door. Off we went and to our BnB within 15 min we were there. He knew the place and said don’t worry I will not leave until you are in your place safely! He helped trying to open the 3 lock boxes then we had to call the agent in charge that should have left more details that I had asked for earlier that were incorrect. Joel call from his phone and talked to the manager and found the correct unit and got us in safely! He wasn’t waiting for a tip but I said not so fast and gave him more than usual because he was more than a usual driver! He said to call him with any questions if needed before he left. Great customer service and very kind.

I wish I could give this company zero starts, absolutely awful, pre paid lifts to and from airport in Singapore and did not turn up any time, when I rang they advised get a taxi - avoid at all costs !!!

They never turned up and then said they did but I wasn't there! I had to get Paypal onto them to get my money back. Otherwise they weren't going to give me a refund! Not impressed. Never again.

Do not use this service. The providers don’t turn up as booked and transfers.com ignores you once you’ve paid offering no customer service other than AI when you are stranded in a remote location.
