Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
I contacted this company to translate my driver’s license. I sent them a copy of my license, paid for the service, and expected a proper translation suitable for official use. Instead, they only sent me a digital file.
When I called to ask about a hard copy, I was told that they do not translate driver’s licenses at all, even though they had already accepted my document and payment. At no point was it clearly mentioned before payment that:
they wouldn’t provide a hard copy, or
they don’t handle driver’s license translations
On top of that, the woman I spoke with on the phone was unprofessional, kept cutting me off by repeatedly saying, “thanks for your business,” instead of addressing my concerns.
This experience felt misleading and frustrating. I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs reliable, official translations.
