Contacted TransUnion as I had been informed by my bank that my credit report had been amended. When I checked it I found someone else had been applying for finance via credit cards/loans using my details! After telling TransUnion about it,they investigated & agreed to delete all the searches that were done

The worst agency compared to equifax and Experian
I have had to raise over 100 disputes. They are dealt with very badly. Some emails confirm the company I raised the dispute some don’t. I was given conflicting information by separate advisors which is worrying and my complaint about the matter has not been responded too. For an agency dealing with sensitive information Transunion has been the worst compared to equifax and Experian. Awful experience that is still going on. Absolutely no empathy with identity fraud and the conflicting information is seriously effecting my mental health. 0 points for service 0 points for administration. Simply awful
