Transvip confirmed in a message my reservation with pick up time and address. The day of pick up, nobody showed up for transportation to the airport. This was for business and would have missed my flight.I was waiting +/- 20 minutes of pick up time. Even no ody tried to contact me. Total unreliable. And now a huge fight to get the refund. Stay away from this non service company.

Malísimo. Tienen una interfaz web para reservar malísima, hice 2 reservas y me mandaron una mal. No me devolvieron el dinero. Es un peligro confiar en ellos.

Son una verguenza como empresa, poco profesionales y sin ninguna intencion siquiera de buscar soluciones a su mal funcionamiento. Nos dejaron plantados SIN SIQUIERA AVISAR, tuvimos que llamar para que nos dijeran que no iría nadie por nosotros y que no habian mas vehiculos disponibles... Si no quieren perder sus vuelos, por favor no contraten este servicio nefasto

Contraté el servicio de ida y vuelta en el aeropuerto de Santiago de Chile, y al aproximarse la vuelta no dieron señales, la aplicación decía que no tenía coche adjudicado, así que a las doce de la noche tuve que buscar otro medio de trasporte para la mañana siguiente.
Aún no he recibido la devolución, me están mareando con información dudosa, o cuando menos, incompleta, en vez de hacerme el ingreso en la cuenta de la tarjeta con la que pagué.

Recomiendo el servicio desde el aeropuerto a la ciudad no desde la ciudad al aeropuerto.
Servicio poco profesional, poco resolutivo y da la sensacion que los choferes estan haciendo un favor.
Definitivamente no lo recomiendo para ir hacia el aeropuerto, puedes tener una mala experiencia.

En mi caso a 2 minutos de que se venza el plazo de recogida me llama para avisarme que tiene 40 minutos de retraso y que el el trayecto al aeropuerto tardara en total 1,40 horas.

Me dice que no es su culpa… entonces sino es de la empresa a la que el pertenece sinceramente nose de quien es.

Una actitud por lo demas muy poco empatica y muy agresiva.

Dos horas y media para llegar del aeropuerto al barrio Independencia.
Chofer probablemente drogado decía que no existía el metro Plaza Chacabuco. Deja a una persona en Independencia y se niega de dejar a otra que vive muy cerca. Parte hacia San Pablo, de allí a Providencia, a San Pablo otra vez. Al final llegó a la calle hipódromo Chile y dijo que no podía circular por allí!!! La persona que utilizó estos servicios, una amiga francesa que habla un poco de castellano trataba de explicarle, pero él se negaba a escucharla...
Envié el detalle de esta mala experiencia a Transvip pero nadie responde ni se hace responsable.

Pague pasaje ida y vuelta al aeropuerto..día y hora que tenía que ir por mi no llego el transporte ni llamo tampoco el chófer . Luego me ma dan SMS que se canceló el viaje ..llame al chófer no Contesto..llame a la ejecutiva calle Center y me dijo que pagara otra carrera de nuevo al negarme y pedir solución me cortó el teléfono . Hice reclamo página web y dice. Que no van. Pagar nada ni devolver el pasaje tampoco una disculpa por el trato mal educado de sus call Center

we previously try to book online but their website has problem and could not proceed the payment. Later we received the whatsapp saying the booking is confirmed. We kept asking in the whatsapp how to pay, but the customer service just kept saying our booking is confirmed. But then the next day, the car hasn’t shown up, and ask out hostal to call transvip and they said we haven’t paid and thus it is cancelled. I dont even want to give a star to their service!

Crooks and thiefs! Never use them. They took my money, never provided the service, canceled my order the night before and never refunded me nor they responded to any CS requests

Hi transvip, We are very disappointed in your driver. He didn’t pick us up! We have waited 2 hours on Candalaria street on January 7th 2023. We looked at the location of the driver. He didn’t come to our street. I have attachments to show you that it went wrong. Around 12.30 pm we had to order a private taxi and pay 170.000 to make it on time on calama airport. We are very very dissatisfied with your service!! We want a refund (170.000 pesos) for the extra costs for the taxi. We booked a taxi from San Pedro de Atacama to Calama airport. Their own online booking system confirmed time time, and accepted our card payment. Days later, about 18 hours before our early morning airport departure, they emailed me to say that they could not offer that time, and sent a short list of times they could do instead. None were even remotely OK for our flight, so we asked for a refund and scrambled to book an alternative company.

Transvip sent me to a refund web form that simply didn't work. I complained about this and was basically told to go away. I found an alternative customer support email address, who were almost as unhelpful. Only after opening a dispute with my bank did they see reason and refund me the money that they should have not even taken in the first place, since the service I was paying for did not actually exist.

Perhaps Transvip are fine if you take them from an airport desk, but online-booked Transvip is a thinly-veiled scam. Do not even consider using them - use Transfer Pampa instead. If you absolutely must use Transvip from somewhere other than an airport, call them first to ask for their secret menu of supported times.

This company are total clowns.

Very comfortable and safe ride to the airport. We booked the shared van through their internet homepage.
The ride was easy to find, was there on time (actually a couple of minutes early) and we got to the final destination at our requested time.
Happy to use again.

Booked transvip from San Pedro to airport hotel which is directly on the way to the airport. Our Chilean receptionist arranged this directly with the company who said it would be no problem to drop us off at the hotel as its very close and on route to the airport. The receptionist confirmed this again directly with the driver when he picked us up. Again the driver said no problem. The driver drove the minivan to the airport then stopped. Another member of transip then demanded an extra 6000 pesos per person to take us back to the hotel ( which we had passed on route) or we would have to get out that the airport and walk. When I complained she suddenly lost the ability to speak English and just kept demanding money. I then used google translate to explain this had already been agreed. She refused and along with the driver kept demand 6000 peso per person for the hotel drop off! I refused and we left the mini van and hailed a cab to take us the 500m or so to the hotel! He charged us 4000 total not 6000 per person tranvip.cl tried to rip us off by.

Do yourself a favour and use one of the other firms, this firm are a bunch of cowboys and con artists

Reservamos transvip de San Pedro al aeropuerto hotel que está directamente en el camino al aeropuerto. Nuestra recepcionista chileno arregló esto directamente con la compañía que dijo que no sería problema para dejarnos en el hotel ya que está muy cerca y en la ruta al aeropuerto. La recepcionista confirmó esto de nuevo directamente con el conductor cuando nos recogió. De nuevo el conductor dijo que no hay problema. El conductor llevó la minivan al aeropuerto y luego se detuvo. Otro miembro de transip exigió un extra 6000 pesos por persona para llevarnos al hotel (que habíamos pasado en la ruta) o que tendríamos que salir que el aeropuerto ya pie. Cuando me quejé ella de repente perdió la capacidad de hablar inglés y sólo mantuvo demandando dinero. Luego usé google translate para explicar esto ya había sido acordado. Ella se negó y junto con el conductor mantuvo demanda 6000 pesos por persona para el hotel! Me rehusé y nos fuimos la mini van y llamó un taxi para llevarnos el 500m o así que al hotel! Hágase un favor y utilice una de las otras firmas, esta firma es un manojo de vaqueros y de estafadores.

We called and they told us the price for the transfer will be 25,000 pesos chilean. Also, in the Internet they gave you a discount if you do it online. But we did not have a good internet service in Bahia Inglesa, so for that reason we could not do it online. When we arrive at the airport they charged us at the counter $27,400 peso chilean instead of what the internet said or was we were told on the phone. Shame on the company, they take advantage of foreigners.

Easy booking using their website or iPhone app in English meant I knew how I was getting from the airport and back to it after 24 hours travelling.

I picked the shared ride service at $6400 one way and was at my apartment in an hour.

Great service, and happy to use again
