Did not provide service we paid for
We booked a meet and greet at heathrow airport for 10:15am as confirmed in booking. We need this as we had too many bags to handle ourselves. Included with their booking is 15 minutes wait time. We made it to the arrivals hall at 10:25am. Driver was not there. After a phone call they advised us to walk outside with all our suitcases to a parking garage where we waited a further 20 minutes for pickup. This is not acceptable as we booked a meet and greet service. We were advised 2 different excuses. Tranzitt advised this was due to our flight arriving late. How can this be when we booked for a specific time and we were at the arrivals hall within the 15 minute wait time? The driver said they were never booked in as a meet and greet.
We could have purchased a better service with a minicab for £30-£40 less than what we paid Tranzitt. After a lot of back and forth, they offered a £10 refund. I expressed that this is not acceptable do to them not providing the service we paid for. They then offered £25 as a final offer. Again this is not acceptable. We should be at least refunded the amount to bring the total cost in line to the service they actually provided. A good, honest and reputable company would offer the difference and then some as compensation for wasting our time and not providing what we paid for. We ended up paying more money for a worse service. Never again, I strongly advise not using Tranzitt.
Update 12 December 2025. I noticed a reply from tranzitt 4 days ago and immediately contacted them again advising their response is factually incorrect. I asked if they would like to correct their claims but no response. The driver was not waiting for us in the parking lot. We went exactly where the driver asked us and we waited a further 20 minutes for them to arrive. Furthermore the driver never made any request to us which we denied. We went exactly where they asked when they failed to arrive for the meet and greet at the booked time. I am appalled that tranzitt would try to provide false information to try and underplay their incompetence and negligence.

We have investigated this and it appears that the driver had missed the request about the meet and greet service, and instead was waiting for you at the parking lot. We apologise for the confusion which caused a 10 minute delay and the driver requested you if you can come to a particular location not to cause any further delays which you were not able to accept.
We have duly offered you the refund proportionate to the missing of the meet and greet service. We have also discussed this with our provider who has assured that the meet and greet will never be missed ever in the future, and this was a very rare and once only event. Apologies again and thanks for the review. Best wishes.

I was the passenger alongside my partner, who managed the booking for our trip. Every single interaction between the customer service team & our driver were beyond professional. Absolutely amazing company. The driver Sameer was incredibly patient & accommodating during our trip. Before I’d even had the trip I’d realised I’d made a mistake on my booking, the customer service team, Shree, was fantastic and got everything fixed for me. Similarly, another customer service team member, Shubha, checked in on me during our ride to ensure all was going well. Highly recommend this company! Would definitely use again!

Fantastic Experience with Tranzitt Taxi Service from London to Luton Airport
We had a fantastic experience with this taxi service on our Saturday morning ride from London to Luton Airport. The car was extremely comfortable, making the journey smooth and pleasant.
Our driver, Mr. Rameez, was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and drove us safely and punctually to the airport. Just as we got into the car, Mr. Shree messaged us to check if everything was okay — a thoughtful touch that made us feel well looked after.
The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and comfort provided.

Great service
I have been using this taxi company exclusively for my airport transfers for quite some time now, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The two main reasons I trust them completely are their absolute punctuality and their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. The vehicles are always clean, and the drivers are professional, polite, and safe.

Competitive quote and great customer service
Based on our first experience with this company, my wife and I were very impressed. It’s easy to get an online quote from them, but if you’re not happy with it you can negotiate. We agreed on a good price to pick us up from Luton Airport and take us home, which included the pickup charge. Their customer service is far superior to any other minicab firms we have used. The office keeps in touch by text to make sure the driver has arrived on time and that everyone is happy. Our driver was a very friendly, pleasant young man who helped us with our heavy luggage. He got us home safely, and we had a good chat on the way. I will definitely use Tranzitt again.
