Amazing service and understanding of our needs

Although my itinerary for my Vietnam adventure in January included the destinations I had requested during our first conversation, it took nine months to finalize the details for a five-day visit. My guide in Vietnam was wonderful, and for that I am very grateful, however I don't believe it should have taken TE so long to confirm the final itinerary for this short trip.

Isabel was wonderful. I had an idea for our plans, but her knowledge made me change my mind. We even booked a more expensive hotel, and she was right. It gave us a better trip.

Mark KNOESS is a incredible agent. I had one with another agency
He retired after 25 years. It took me quite a while to find another one up to previous agents standards. Mark has meant those standards after 5 tries.

Cindy Williamson is amazing and this is our second trip with her help! I have recommended her to many friends.

I am still thinking about how wonderful my stay at the Fairmont Lake Louise was all thanks to Cinta! I had reached out to Travel Edge as I needed a stay while in Alberta. She had reached back quickly and was able to ask me probing questions about what I was looking for and made it easy for me to open up to her. We debated between the Fairmont Banff and Fairmont Lake Louise and I can't express how helpful she was in narrowing it down to the Lake Louise property after I told her that I had a hunch that my now Fiance would be proposing to me over that weekend. I don't know what magic she did with the property but we had the top-floor lake view, with breakfast covered and a F&B credit we were able to use during our stay (I can't express how full we were when we left the property and was still able to leave with snacks!!). To top it off we were welcomed with a sweet treat and champagne to celebrate our engagement. I could have not asked for a better way to celebrate. Cinta had touched base with us to check if everything was good and I happily told her we were checked in and were treated so well by the staff. She made sure to check in even after my stay which I can't thank her enough. I was blown away by the level of service, detail and attention that I will be using her for my next trip. I can't thank her enough for helping me celebrate this milestone!!

Cinta Bargues is amazing! Best DE ever!! She asked questions and qualified all of our needs. She really understood what we were looking for. We will definitely be booking with her again. It is rare to arrive in destination, on property, with every question and concern already taken care of by Cinta. Well done! Thanks again.

Susan was exceptional! She took the time to find out what we really wanted, then proposed and delivered locations and services that were above expectations! And she followed up after our trip to make sure it all went well.

Everything has been done well by Stacy. She has gone overboard to make the trips most enjoyable.

The agent was quick, attentive and secured everything I wanted.

My Travel Edge Designer was Julian Manna. He did a fantastic job of organizing my recent trip to Vietnam. So I have selected Travel Edge as my " Travel Company".

I have asked Julian to organize my trip " Greek Island Wanderer" package for April of 2025.
