The worst ever, edreams, they make you think you save money but not true,terrible service. I asked for a change and they wanted to charge me like more than double of the price. It is a scam

Mimiced Eastern Airways website and then used ESkyUK to launder ticket with a 100 uplift. Once we realised this - within 5 minutes all parties refused to refund the money

Turns out a "third party is involved" - booking through Opodo/edreams

Once & never again. For almost half a year now I am going back and forth with Opodo/edreams (due to a flight cancelled by the carrier) telling me the same story over and over again.
"We´ve already claimed your refund request but haven´t heard back from the airline"
However, I am also in direct contact with the airline which has notified me, that they haven´t even received a claim from Opodo/edreams.

The refund request has been approved by the airline however it needs to be handled through the agent. I´ve got the whole email literature & proof but nothing coming my way.

This was the first & very last time using Opodo/edreams. Unfortunately I´ve payed through Paypal who also refused to refund the money (even tho I provided a claim with all the email history etc.)

Booked through Booking.com, a flight with FitsAir. There was travelfusion as an intermediary. Flight got cancelled, FitsAir have sent money back to travel fusion who refuse to send money to booking.com. Watch out for both travelfusion and booking.com (flights). it's been a whole year, booking.com don't do anything about it.

Vreemde praktijken. Ik was een prijsvergelijk aan het doen voor een vlucht. Niet akkoord gegeven, maar kreeg wel een bevestiging van de boeking van de vliegmaatschappij. Travelfusion stond vermeld als agent. Meteen gebeld met vliegmaatschappij dat ik boeking niet akkoord heb gegeven. Werd gelukkig goed geholpen. Dit klopt van geen kant!!

Scam company.

Booking.com involved this company and travelfusion is a complete scam.

They cancel bookings and claim that you done so. When arriving at the airport there was nothing booked.

AVOID!

Waiting for response is to long.

When i opened a ticket i had 27 years, now 50 years later i'm sitting with my grandchildrens and still waiting for response.

They have taken money from. When I spoke to the person calling himself Peter with a strong Indian accent promised me he was going to refund my money. Instead he tried to take more money from me. They are a fraud company. I tried calling him on 072038904784 he won't answer my call. I am going to contact action fraud police. I will be reporting them

This is 100 % scam. I bought a flight that never existed. Tried to contact them but no answers at all.

DO NOT book flights with this company. They booked my friend on to a flight that does not exist. She arrived at the airport ready for her holiday to find this out. Cannot get hold of the company as they do not answer their phone.

Do not book anything from this company - complete scam.
We booked a flight through the company for a family member. When arriving to the airport family member is told the flight doesn't exist and they don't even fly to the particular country for another month!
You can still 'book' these fake flights on their website, googling the flight number gives you a real plane - just it isn't going where you think.
Call their office and you get cut off after a few rings.

Buyer beware.

It’s not worth 1🎖very bad customer service. Just noticed someone who see my reviews. Travel Fusion is not helpful when I had a wrong date of my flights. I just asked them to confirm with the airline so they can process my return but they didnot do leading to lose £250 for my flights. Advise you don’t book tickets via agents. Just bought the tickets from original website of airline so they are able to help you for canceling, rebook,…
Better don’t use travel fusion and edreams. They are just the same place and scam
