As an older traveller I found the application straightforward. The price was the best I had found and as I have used Travel Protect before, I booked with confidence. I appreciated the affordable scooter cover also.

Would give a zero if we could. Literally 0 point in having travel insurance because when issues occur, they do EVERYTHING not to cover.

Our flights were cancelled as we were leaving for the airport on a red eye. Travel insurance asked reason for cancellation, which was no available crew, and they said that's not covered. Why does it matter why it's cancelled, it's cancelled and it's not our fault. Absolutely appalling.
