From the point of enquiry the…

From the point of enquiry the communication from Shawn was excellent. I got a message on the morning with the driver's number and a text to make sure he turned up on time. I then got a call making sure he had collected us on time for our return journey.

Great service

Great service! We needed to book a last minute journey due to issues with the trains and Travelsroute came to our rescue! Communication was excellent from Shawn who kept us informed along the way. He even rang the following day to confirm everything was ok.

Perfect and comfortable journey

Cannot fault this service! I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The journey was smooth and accommodating and Shawn put the X factor in customer service! Everything was considered for our maximum comfort, safety and entertainment. I’d definitely book again and again.

Journey to Bournemouth

Trip to Bournemouth for a day

Extremely exceptional service from travelsroute as me & my group booked to Bournemouth last month and the best part was the driver was punctual and experienced. We left around 8 am & came back around 9 pm. We had an incredible journey as we played music and enjoyed the vibe. There was no hesitation during the journey. Also they had a fully booked calendar last month but still they managed to accept our booking in the last moment. Will definitely be booking again for our next journey to wales.

Great service from Travelsroute Ltd for our day trip in Edinburgh. Driver was punctual and the journey was smooth. Shawn provided excellent communication and made the whole experience stress-free.

I booked a minibus for a hen do with…

I booked a minibus for a hen do with Travelsroute last month. The minibus turned up on time on the day .. Shawn went above and beyond in providing the best customer service and the driver on the day was very professional and courteous. Will definitely book in the future and recommend others to book with them without hesitation.
