What an amazing after-sales customer…
What an amazing after-sales customer service experience. From the moment I made my booking until I landed in the UK, I was well looked after by Adam Myers.
I did have to cancel one of the excursions due to slight overbooking, but Adam handled it professionally and ensured I received a full refund without any hassle. That’s perhaps the only area for improvement—making sure excursions aren’t overbooked so future customers don’t face the same issue.
Aside from that, everything was excellent. The company is reliable, the staff are supportive, and the pricing is very reasonable. If I travel again, I will definitely check with them before booking elsewhere.

Booked a trip to Egypt through Travel Tycoon and Jacob Brown handled everything from start to finish.
From the beginning, he was really helpful and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted from the holiday. He didn’t just send random options everything he suggested actually matched what I was looking for in terms of location, budget and the kind of experience I wanted.
The whole booking process was smooth and straightforward. Jacob sorted the flights, hotel and all the details properly, and made sure everything was clear before confirming anything. He kept me updated throughout and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions.
He was polite, professional and easy to deal with the whole time. Nothing felt rushed and he made sure I was comfortable with every part of the booking. It made the whole experience stress-free, which you don’t always get when booking holidays.
Before travelling, he checked in to make sure everything was in place, which I appreciated. The trip itself went exactly as planned with no issues, so everything was clearly organised well.
