Absolutely disgusting AVIOD LIKE THE PLAGUE.

First they are very pushy
Second they con you out of money
Third VERY rude

They think that everyone is just going to give in and give 5 star reviews or give more money

They are scam artists so like I said AVOID

We arranged our flights to Australia through Travlock as they were the most competitive price and we wanted the reassurance of speaking to a person; Chris was great.
The original flights were via Dubai but with all the conflict in the Middle East we had to change our flights. Chris was understanding, patient and positive. New flights have been arranged at 3 weeks notice, amazing.

Myself and Wife are travelling to see daughter who is shortly undergoing surgery.We had a flight booked but this was cancelled at short duty due to trouble in the Middle East.I was struggling to get a replacement flight.I contacted Travlock and spoke to Nigel.He did a wonderful job getting us fixed up with a replacement flight in very difficult circumstances. There is no doubt that Nigel went the 'extra mile' for us in getting us on a new flight taking into account that we did not want to take a flight which would take us anywhere near the ongoing Middle east troubled.

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you, without the help from Eric my planned trip to Australia may not have happened, when travel chaos hit and the airlines were cancelling flights my original bookings were cancelled, luckily I found Unniversal Travel and Eric, he managed to sort new flights for both the outgoing and return flights, a lot of work I'm sure. Great company and I am keeping the number for future use.

I booked my flight with Travlock.com & Universal Flights and I had a great experience. The booking process was quick, simple, and very clear. I received my confirmation promptly and all the details were accurate. The prices were competitive and the customer service was helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. I would definitely recommend them and use their service again in the future.

I had received my initial enqires by what's app message with a few hours,as originally I had initiated contact via whats app.
Then I made contact as suggested and my queries were answered reassuring me.
I had the option of a selection of flights, times and dates that were suitable for me.
Clear communication throughout detailed in emails and message. Matt talked back all the details,giving me time to make my own notes. A very pleasant experience as this is the first time I have used travlock. I have also been reassured that I can make contact at anytime I should need to. The written information is easy for for me to understand.
