Seamless booking experience with great support .

The prices were competitive-saved atleast 20% compared to other sites and there were no hidden fees sneaking up at checkout . Got instant confirmation emails with all details, including e -tickets and booking references. My trip went off without a hitch . Thumbs up!

Believe all the bad reviews, it's worse

Hard lesson learned booking through this company. We found out on Christmas that my husband's grandpa has an inoperable brain tumor, and so when we got back home we immediately booked a flight out to see him two days out. A lower fare for the two of us by about $50 was offered through Google Flights via Travomint, which I had never heard of but hey, it's Google Flights so they must vet their third-party vendors, right?

I book the tickets (Frontier) through Travomint and receive an email that says my tickets aren't actually booked yet but that once they confirm my card details (their fine print states within 45 minutes) we will receive confirmation and our tickets. An hour passes, and I start to get nervous we are going to not get our flight out because its such short notice. I do a quick search of Travomint and start to see some really scary reviews online where people say that Travomint cancelled their tickets last minute so that they could resell them at a higher price to other customers, or that they never actually booked them at all and that you have to make sure to confirm with the airline. It's over an hour since I put the order in, but the tickets haven't been issued so I call Travomint to cancel the purchase AND I open their customer service chat window while I'm on the hotline waiting.

The chat window activates before the hotline does, and it's a chatboth and I say I want to cancel tickets that haven't been issued yet, and they connect me to a representative. I repeat my request, and he disappears completely - no response at all. Also, the hotline disconnected my call. Okay, weird.

I call back, and open a new web browser to try again, I enter the same prompts into the chat to try to reconnect, and this time the chatbot doesn't connect me to anyone. The hotline disconnects my call after about 5-10 minutes again.

3rd try, I do both of these things one more time, I get disconnected, and again no response from the chat window. Now I'm really panicking. I call my credit card company and alert them to this shadiness.

As I'm on the phone with my credit card company, finally a "Chat Bot" responds in the window and says "Tickets will issued 30 minutes". I'm convinced this isn't a chatbot, just some CS rep who is aware I'm trying to cancel a purchase they haven't made yet, and they are purposefully not speaking to me so that they can push the purchase through and don't have to honor my cancellation request.

Really really shady, sketchy company, I learned a hard lesson about it not being worth trying to save a few bucks when it's an important trip like going to see your dying family member. I'm still currently fighting with Travomint trying to get this charge refunded because of course they are denying that I contacted them or there was any breach of the terms on their end.

Horrible company, horrible customer service, stay far, far away.

I had to cancel a multi-flight work…

I had to cancel a multi-flight work trip with one of the flights being purchased through Travomint. Despite all tickets being economy the ones that were booked directly through an airline there was no issue getting at least a credit with each for a future flight. However, Travomint hung up on me once when trying to get this situation resolved and when I called back a second time they still were unwilling to even offer a credit. Not sure why I even bother with agents these days since you're likely to get superior service directly from the airlines.

Shortly after, the booking on our end was confirmed automatically when the payment was reprocessed, resulting in a duplicate booking.

Bad and scam

Not a good experience. Keep putting me on hold then hanging up. They sent me a flight confirmation email but it does not match the actual airline, I can’t find the flight with the code they gave me and they aren’t responding to fix it.

I booked a flight bc I missed my…

I booked a flight bc I missed my connection and I never received a confirmation email with information on how to access my ticket, and the customer service was just AI and would not assist me. They still took the money from my account. Working on reporting them and getting the money back. This website is an AI run fraud scheme.

Travomint you beauty!

I booked a ticket for me and my family. We are a big family of around 7. People including of all age groups. These guys not only helped me book the tickets but also select seats and meals as per my preference. They don't charge you extra for the humble customer support they provide. Always coming back to book more and more. Thank you.

Disastrous experience

I purchased plane tickets through this platform, and I have never had such a bad experience when booking flights. The tickets only appeared a long time after the purchase, and when I tried to contact customer service, no one was able to speak French properly.

On top of that, it was completely impossible to add a checked bag: no option in the app, no answer by phone, and no response by email. As a result, I will have to pay the full price at the airport counter. It’s simply unacceptable.

Bait and switch

Take payment then call you saying tickets sold out, then upselling or bait and switch. Plus you don't get your refund right away so can't rebook with a legit vendor.

NOT RECOMMENDED

I actually read all the review and even search it diligently. However, I still try to avail their airfare as it is more competitive than the other. After booking a flight with them, it's been 4 hours as I have not receive any confirmation email which is different from others that it is immediate.

No wonder they don't send the confirmation as I called them, they said the airlines rejected it as the amount went up.

Ridiculous, I have requested for a refund, I thought once you have paid the airlines, the amount will be locked in for you and it will be confirmed shortly.

Not a good experience for 1st time user. Please do not use this website to book a flight specifically

I would have preferred 0 stars …

Edit #2 It has been almost a week since they said they wanted to help. Within minutes, I respinded with the information they requested...6 days later still NOTHING.

I would have preferred 0 stars as an option. This is THE worst company EVER! From.start to.finish Alex and Chris were HUGE disappointments. I thought I had been scammed when I purchased my tickets online for a divorce trip to Hawai'i. Turns out after all was said and done Travomint controlled the return trip from Honolulu booked on Alaskan through Hawai'ian. After suffering a serious injury I had to take a leave of absence from.work and cancel my trip. Delta was amazing but Hawai'ian told me I had to go through Travomint to handle the refund. Travomint assured me they would take care of it. They did NOT take care of it. They did NOTHING. The only update I received was from the airline to let me know the flight time had changed. I am.pretty sure Chris and Alex run the company out of their bedroom in India. What a CRAP company. Avoid at all costs!
Edit:Ok. So they said [publicly] that they want to assist me with the refund and resolve the issue. Let's see. I responded with the information they asked for immediately upon seeing their response 4 hours ago. So far no email to me directly. We shall see if they mean it or they just responded publicly to save face.
