Easiness with pickup and early arrangements was spot on, but never admit a 8 mm scratch on the bumper of your car caused likely by a debris on the roads near sand pavements. It was considered a 'collision' and was charged additional fee at the end of the rental. No documents about what constitutes a 'collison' were received with the rental documents. Maybe the experience of the others users was better, we'll rent from the other companies next time we visit Oman.

I decided to rent a car from Travz Car mainly because it appeared, after a long and thorough online search, that this was practically the only company in Oman that did not require a credit card. I paid for the car with my debit card - the exact amount as was stated in the booking confirmation. There were no hidden fees, and the only additional cost was a small fee (2 OMR) for delivering the car to the airport - they do not have an office at the airport, so one of their employees delivers it to the airport parking (or any other place where you want to pick it up).
Our pick up time was a bit inconvenient (at 04:00 AM), and the employee who delivered the car was 30 minutes late, but apart from this, everything else was fantastic. For some reason, we got an upgrade for the same price - a more comfortable Hyundai Accent instead of MG3 we booked. The car was brand new (only about 6,000 km), sparkling clean and in perfect order. Full insurance coverage was included in the price, along with the mileage of 200 km per day - more than enough for our itinerary.
The pick up process was fast and smooth - everything was done in about 15 minutes. Returning the car was even smoother, and took not more than 5 minutes.
The communication with the company was efficient and pleasant over Whatsapp, but varied over email. They answered most emails almost immediately, but on a few occasions, there was no answer at all, and I had to resend the email. However, there may be some technical issues involved, or other reasons.
In general, I cannot imagine how could renting a car be better, simpler and more enjoyable than with Travz Car, and I sincerely thank the team for helping us make the Oman trip unforgettable.
