On behalf of our team, there are several points to make:
1. Your order was from the US and arrived within 7 days, when our rest of world delivery time frame is 6-7 days, therefore the delivery was not late.
2. We have an automatic TrustPilot email sent to customers after 3-5 days. We don't believe that having an email sent out requesting a review 2 days early of your shipment arrival deserves a 1 star review.
3. You did not email, contact us or review our delivery timeframes before ordering. Again, we do not believe this makes us deserving of a 1 star review. We respond to all emails within 24 hours, as you experienced when emailing us about the legitimacy of our items.
Concluding, your item arrived in perfect condition and within the delivery time frame that you did not email about or review yourself. We hope that you can reconsider your review based on the points made. Thanks again for your business.

Hi Aaron,
This issue was 'immediately' rectified the 'same day' your email was sent, all we asked is that you return the item for a complete refund.
However, we still have not received the item or an email back.
It is company policy that we can only refund your order once the item is returned to us, this policy is the same universally and has been for many years.
Out of every order we have ever had, we have never sent out an item in anywhere near the condition you describe, hence our reviews.
Finally, your order was two days late for three reasons: Christmas, New Year and the fact that Royal Mail do not operate on Sundays.

The hood was refurbished amazingly and I’m so happy with it you can hardly tell it’s a refurbished item it basically looks new. Now the bottoms on the other hand it looks like something blacks been superglued on the Nike tick on a little part because the original logo was probably flaking off now I’m not too bothered about it because from far you can’t tell and the bottoms were almost perfect. I’m just scared when I put them in the wash that whatever is covering the flaked part of the logo will float off I mean the material of whatever it is feels similar but you can tell it’s not part of the logo as it’s raised to the touch but apart from that good job 🙏🏾👍🏾
