Diana V. got back to me immediately to answer my question - and gave great advice that was extremely helpful. It helped me tremendously.

I am happy to report that after my initial excellent service with Treble Health, my sessions with Dr. May and my hearing aid, their ongoing support is just as good. I had one issue with the wire to the ear inset last year and reported it and it was quickly replaced at no charge. Its been over 2 years and I had a new hearing test that had some changes that required setting updates to my hearing aid and Dr. May quickly responded and setup a remote session to handle it, again free of cost.

I received Trustworthy advice and guidance. Grateful for it.

I will be honest and start by saying I was not hopeful at all. I really thought that this was going to be some high-pressure sales pitch for half an hour. It wasn't. The doctor listened to me and my complaints, and she offered me some solutions. While they do have programs that require payment, these were not pushed on me at all. They were offered as relief for my symptoms. I really appreciated how forthcoming my doctor was, and I would definitely recommend that anyone suffering with tinnitus contact them. They will try to help you as much as possible.

My initial contact with your institution gave me the hope and motivation to continue on this path of healing. I have just started, timid still with devices and my hearing at times requires patience and some allowances. I am confident that I will have the opportunity here to see the changes needed to reach my goal for peace and remedy for my tinnitus.

Each appointment with my provider is thorough, all of my questions are answered, helps me troubleshoot any issues that I am having.

Dr. Diana easily resolved the most of the issues with the new hearing aids. We just ran out of time before she could completely finished what she set out to do and that was my fault. She immediately rescheduled me for tomorrow to finish up.

They were more of a moral support than anything else. You just ha e to get used to the ringing. After that, they call that “habituated” I will say, as a veteran they went above and beyond for me. This may not be for everyone.

Michelle is very understanding and she has other ideas to help switch my focus off tinnitus.

My experience maybe somewhat unusual from a typical patient as my tinnitus was irratating but not disabling. I had hopes that it would be significantly changed to the point that it was not an issue in my life. That has not happened. It is still there and may have been reduced from a 4 on a 10 point scale to a 3. I think wearing the hearing aids providing the pink noise has been a positive benefit and it seems to have reduced my perception of tinnitus somewhat.

Crystal was very helpful; she is very knowledgeable about the treble health procedures, payment options, ST device equipment; she knows all the audiologists and understands the TRT process and how to help patients program the sound therapy devices; she also has a clam demeanor and is very professional; I think you should give her a promotion!
